Great sound
The Bose Soundtouch 20 is an excellent speaker. Connectivity is very easy using home wifi. Good selection of online radio channels via TuneIn and easy use of Spotify once connected. Very easy to connect any device via the built in Bluetooth. The sound quality is quite impressive with a very nice bass level.

Excellent speaker
The speaker is very clear and has a good bass tone. The companion app is actually pretty useful and helps you get it set up pretty quickly. Sound fills the room well and because of either bluetooth or aux connectivity, it can be used with virtually any device

Very cute and powerful sound bar
We’ve bought this sound bar to replace our old one, which was the BOSE too. The old Bose still works just got emotionally old (no wifi, no Bluetooth:)). That’s probably why we decided to go for the same brand, just newer one. Sound comes really nice and deep enough for us. To set it up wasn’t that challenge I’ve read on previous reviews. Everyone, who wants to buy it, must understand: these new gadgets with wifi and Bluetooth always will need little bit of play around. buy with confidence.

Magnificent sound experience

Easy to set up
It sounds very good and looks good too. The Bose app is very good, it makes setting up your speaker very easy - download it to your smartphone. If you find the bass is too heavy, you can easily adjust it using the Bose app. I couldn't find the user guide for the speaker on the Bose website. I eventually found it on a non-Bose website after searching Bing and Google. The user guide is good, it's easy to follow.

Great wifi speaker
I have added this to my existing system of two Bose soundtouch10s and it really helps fill the room with sound. The LCD screen is also a food touch for displaying the time as well as what source it is currently playing from.and the song title.

The nosebleed sound is the best

Big sound in a small box
Surprising bass for such a small speaker. I love the sound of powerful punchy bass speakers and this unit gives it out in droves, so much so that even I have had to turn the bass down so as not to disturb the neighbours. It also has great treble and mid-range in which you don’t need to adjust which is a good thing as there is no option to do so. It’s very easy to set up and connect to providing you have a smartphone on which you can install the soft touch app.

Flawless
OK its a bit of an indulgence but you won't be disappointed. It's not the first Bose equipment I have bought but it didn't disappoint. Easy to setup once you work out it wants a router not a 4G phone to strap to. Really pleased with it so far.

Great sounds!
Excellent sounds from Bose. Easy to connect to internet radio and Bluetooth. Only issue I have is that you cannot play from a usb stick. Apart from that, the bass is the best I’ve heard and the tops are crisp enough to please.

Excellent sound quality
Sounds amazing but only giving 4 stars as with all Bose products it is pricey and not always that easy to connect and stay connected. Having said that it looks smart.

Great in any room, even in the garden
Initially brought this to replace a radio alarm clock that was died. As we already have a ST30 we knew what we were buying so connecting and set up was quite easy. Sound is excellent from a small unit and fills the room great. We also use this for the TV sound through an AUX cable.. Only downside was the lack of alarm but this was easily resolved with an app that works well ( Bose do not do one as yet) . Available from the Playstore for less then a few quid. (TimerApp for Bose Soundtouch )

Fab Sound

Great system

I am loving my new gadget!
I bought this as an upgrade to an old Bose speakerdock. I think its quicker to connect via wifi than the Bose app with the added advantage of 'throwing' my sounds from my iphone to speaker as I arrive or leave home without fussing with cables. Sound quality is good too, I have kept the volume on really low (few bars) and can hear this clearly room to room.

My bose sysytem looks very elegant
I have always loved the sound coming from a bose music player and this one is no exception! The sound quality is perfect also great I can have all the radio channels from over the world and download any music millions of them it’s superb

was it worth the money, maybe not...
To be fair it looks smart and sounds good but to be fair it didn't blow me away for the price. Bluetooth works well and WiFi set up was straight forward if you follow the instructions but the lack of a dab radio and the fact a lot of the internet stations from the states were not compatable let's it down. It wasn't for me and returned the item opting instead for a bluetooth receiver which brought my older Technics hifi into the 21st century which still sounds amazing after 30 years.
