Good but no UK plug.
The headphones are good quality but disappointingly came with a euro plug and no adaptor. It seems like the manufacturer had not meant this batch to be sold in Britain. I went out and bought an adaptor but I mentioned it to Argos and I expect they would have sorted the problem by now:just check when you pick them up from the store.

Supplied with European Plug - Unable to use
Ordered these for my mother, looked good on paper, but when supplied and unboxed it was obvious that these headphones are for the European market. I returned them, got my money back, no suggestion of alternative products. Pity

Great headset, the reason I gave it 4 stars is argos are supplying what was supposed to be a SHC5200/10 with a Euro mains adaptor not the model it said in the catalogue when I placed the order.

Good but Argos are supplying SHC5200/10 with Euro mains adaptor not the SHC5200/05 UK model as in the catalogue. I can use it but this is bad practice by Argos (or possibly Philips supplying Argos with the wrong model). Sort out your description but preferably supply what you advertise.

Good headphones
Bought for my mother as she has tinnitus. These help to cancel out the noise when playing a white noise CD.

Easy to set up and very comfortable to use, charge holds very well, only negative comment is the mains lead comes with a two pronged plug, you need to have an adaptor similar to an electric shaver or toothbrush to plug it into ( not supplied )

european plug
not sure who is in charge of reviewing Argos own products, this product came with European plug, therefore without additional cost, no use. we all buy items with excitement, for me to get home and realise that I could not use it, a total anger enticing episode. but managed to find an adapter, but looks awful. WOW , Argos not able to sell a product that is designed for UK

Wrong plug
I have bought and used two similar headphone sets so I I like the product and didn't need the transmitter which came with a continental [?] two pin plug. An email left on the Phillips website about this has had no reply.
