I set them up again and again the link dropped, I emailed the support department again through the app and I am still waiting to hear from them. I shall be returning them for a refund.

Big disappointment
Got these as I like B&o kit. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. But what a disappointment, the sound quality was good, but no better than some good quality wired buds - and certainly not upto b&o standard. The killer was the Bluetooth connection, very flaky verging on unusuable some of the time. Bad enough to consider them faulty, so I’ve returned them. Not good enough.

Typical B & O, stylish and good sound
The quality of these is evident throughout including the packaging. Inside the box you get the earphones, spare ear buds, USB cable, quick start guide and a carry case which is also the charging dock. I initially had difficulty pairing the earphones with my Samsung S8 phone - You need to ensure the phone shows the headphone symbol not the BLE symbol. The sound quality is awesome and there are some neat features. Battery life could be better but that's the same of most wireless earbuds.

Poor for Bang & Olufsen
I have to say I am disappointed. Its very difficult to set up and keeps losing connection because it conflicts with other devices. When eventually connected the sound quality is poor, very tinny - not what I expected at all from a name synonymous with quality. The packaging is good as is the design but just not what I expected at all

Very comfortable, looks great
Very well made and the most comfortable buds I've ever used. Sound quality is impressive with good tonal range. I did find the set up process hard and quite confusing, but once done they work amazing. They are now my most used earbuds. Also the bluetooth has great range and suffers no drop out or burble

Outdtanding B&O Earphones
Fantastic build quality, excellent sound with a classy look and finish form Bang & Olufsen. The Beoplay E8 True Wireless Earphones easily links to your phone and B&O app. Highly recommend. Easy to control the volume and incoming calls with a touch of the earphone. Can use just one like a hands-free ear peace if needed. Charges up from the storage case with up to 12 hours play time. Went for a 5K run with them in and they work fine, didn’t fall out and I even forgot they were in my ears.

Beoplay headphones
I purchased these a few weeks ago from Argos, there were minor setup issues but more my fault for not reading the manual in advance. Since then charging been very easy , well protected charging case make it all very easy to use , fabulous sound quality. Only limitations is normal with any Bluetooth device and how they pair to any device. But once paired and setup all very easy. Tested with Apple iPhone and Apple Watch version 3. Recommended product.

Excellent earbuds
I don’t normally like these sort of headphones , but wow! , these are very comfortable to wear and the sound is great with no distortion at all Love the case that acts as a charger , the touch controls are excellent once you get used to them , these have excellent sound blocking as well so you just hear your music. Highly recommend these to anyone after a premium quality set of earbuds

Great look and sound
These earphones are a good product, but are they worth the price tag!? Looking first at the positives: - Good sound quality with nice clarity - Nice looking design - Nice charging case For the negatives: - Slightly weak on the bass, so you may have to tweak your phone's equalizer to get a bit more depth out of the sound - Because of the weight, they fall out easily, so I personally wouldn't wear them when exercising - High price tag Hope the above helps with your decision!

Very good high end earphones
The E8's look and sound great. Setup proved tricky as didn't appear to sync to my S9 at first. Once I'd installed the B&O app and rebooted they finally paired. The key to getting the best sound is finding the correct fitting earbuds, of which there are approx. 6 different size buds. Once you get that right the sound is superb with just the right amount of bass and detail. The sound can also be tweaked via the B&O app.The charging case is also a great addition. Overall great headphones.

Great earphones
These are really good truly wireless headphones as you would expect from B&o great quality sound and they look good I may have to hide them as my daughter is after them the app is easy to use and they pair with your phone with ease they charge quickly and I haven't run them out while using yet as as soon as I get home I recharge them The only drawback with them is they can drop out of doing anything strenuous or doing exercise so I do worrie about loosing them on the whole a very nice product

Top quality finish and sound
They are brilliant. The sound quality is amazing and the app you can download to control the sound settings is great. Used for casual listening to music and video and there is no lag in the sound to the video content. The leather charging case is great and the magnetic location makes it super easy.I had no connection issues there are several different silicon tips so sizing to your ear is easy also. Only issue when i used them whilst running i had to refit them several times as they came loose.
