Sounds a lot better than the standard, has line in and hub. Still has issues understanding regional accents - getting angry and shouting at it (although entertaining to watch) doesn't make it understand you any better.

Plus points - easy setup and easy to control a number of devices. Speaker quality is very good. Not so good - can’t switch tv channels but may be due to no digital aerial or tv packages connected.

Looks great, sounds even better!
I was skeptical for a while about buying an Amazon Echo, however the Echo Plus truly is fantastic. Built in smart home control, amazing sound and aesthetically pleasing, it’s a brilliant addition to the room. The sound on this thing is truly incredible, it’s able to fill a room better than any previous speaker I’ve owned (except a sound bar) and has terrific quality and bass.

Excellent piece of kit!
Hands free light switching is easy with this gadget. Be aware though, if your using the Phillips Hue bulbs you WILL be needing the Phillips Hub too. Without it you'll only be able to link your bulbs with one Echo account. Anyone else who tries to add the bulbs there after wont be able to find them through the Alexa App.

I’m in love with Alexa
Excellent item. The echo is quality from the packaging to the final product. I was daunted by setting up the device but is so easy and simple anyone can do it. The echo Plus has a premium cloth finish and looks the part in any room. One speaker built in which is 360 degrees so the sound is the same wherever it’s placed. Good sound quality. Alexa is just so much fun to use. When linked to hive/hue/Spotify and so on, the experience Just becomes better and better. You won’t regret buying one.

Our second Aexa
needed to upgrade to work some automated blinds. This looks much nicer than Version 1 and seems to have better sound and more reliable internet connection
