Alexa the perfect double act
Since discovering Alexa at Christmas, I have purchased my Amazon dot to say I'm thrilled is an understatement, utterly enhanced my techno experience.

Amazing product
This next generation version is much smarter looking, and works brilliantly, Alexa can do so many things.... we mainly use her for the music streaming. Weve got 4 in our house now!

Great update to the previous version
Having previously owned an echo dot, this wasn’t a difficult choice to get the latest version but the difference was notable so very satisfied with the update! Decent sound for such a small device and Alexa just keeps getting better. Would highly recommend, particularly for those looking to dabble in the smart speaker market.

Works fine and fun to use
I bought this Echo Dot because I already had an Amazon Echo myself and I wanted to buy it for my mother. The set up was easy: just download the Amazon Echo App on your mobile phone and let it find the Echo. I was impressed by the sound quality from such a small speaker.

I'm pleased with my purchase but wish that you could programme it better online rather than with an AP. Not all of us are savvy with APs & mobile phones or indeed computers.

Good sounds and easy to use
Bought this for my boyfriend and was a really good christmas gift. He said he wants to buy another one and now his mum wants one too. Plus it was a really great price and was at the store ahead of schedule with click and collect

Its not helpful u have to pay this is how they make money absolute terrible im not happy i want a refund i would rather have google miny home.I also cant get the answer to the simplist things without getting askes to apply and pay for the app.I think they should reconsider there thoughts on it.

Great sound
Echo Dot 3rd generation is great for it's size. Lots of music on Amazon music also ask Alexa to play your favourite radio station.

Other than the technical challenges which is entirely my own - love this product - I have now purchased 3 units for key areas in the house. Making my shopping list, to do list, weather, news and music. My next purchase is to sync my light switches and key appliances. Not worth full price as on sale I paid 50% less.

Absolutely fantastic
Echo Dot was bought for elderly mum, she can command Alexa to call us to get there quickly if needed. Daily reminders also set for medication. Mum loves learning new things to do on it. Plays music on demand, we play the quizzes and listen to the awful jokes but she loves it.

Looks a fab and stylish, quality product
Bought one each for kids christmas as wanted to connect them to the downstairs echo. These are great, easy to set up and are now all connected throughout the house. Good sound out of the speaker for such a small size. Can interact with the kids easily if I need to I can even drop in on them when I'm out the house and chat via the alexa app. Can play my spotify music through it and do a whole host of things. Looking to get the camera one for the kitchen next. Highly recommend

Fab item!
I was putting off buying one just to not follow the crowd! However, on investigation of its uses I relented and bought one. Not disappointed either, has handy little functions to help manage my day which is always a bonus.

Not a change for the better
I have a Generation 2 which I use in the car and travel with... it is brilliant Switch it on, switch on phone hotspot and you are off Generation 3 requires several resets of the unit and phone before it will connect Now add to that it has a large plug as opposed to a USB lead and you require a mains converter for the car Stick with Generatoon 2...more reliable, more versatile and easier to set up

Small neat and SO useful
Placed in my bedroom, Alexa soothes me off to sleep, wakes me gently in the morning, tells me what the weather is going to be like today and even lets me know if my train is on time all without me lifting my head off my pillow.

Fantastic addition to my kitchen
