New Echo dot

Small echo dot but big sound
As small as it is, my Amazon Echo Dot sounds great. You can hide it anywhere and still the sound is really good. Recommend! Perfect gift for Christmas!

New Echo Dot
This is a fantastic addition to my home network. The quality of sound from this little device is great too. I would highly recommend one of these. It links up to my original Echo, and is perfect in the bedroom.

Value for the money I paid

The app could be better but its easy to use
Easy to set up and use following the app how ever the app could be better it's very basic although it gives you alexa on tour phone you can only do few things. But we still enjoy the echo dot.

Huge improvement over the 2nd gen Dot
Well, this was a surprise. So many people go on about the fact that it is much louder than the older v2 Dot, and indeed it is. However that isn't anything like as important as the fact that the sound quality is *way* better. It's just so much richer and much more pleasant to listen to. OK, if you want to listen to something more intensely then you could do with something better. But to be honest, most people couldn't tell much difference....

3rd Gen sound is great
Sound is great fron such a little speaker, both mic and speaker are better than the Spot. Remember though, you have to be the Prime account holder and not just a add on prime member to get Amazon music.

Very handy
The product is great overall, it even comes with a free trial of amazon music. However, there have been two occasions where a red light flashes saying to try again later, this issue can be resolved by turning the device on and off again but it was an inconvenience.

Echo Dot (3rd gen)
Absolutely brilliant.... love it. Sound from such a small device is outstanding. I am now talking to Alexa a lot more than I am talking to my wife..... and Alexa doesn't wack me across the head. I have heard the sound/music from the echo dot (2nd gen)..... this is far superior and looks rearlly good. Great price.

The Echo is awesome
The Echo looks classy in my room and is so useful! Being able to request that the radio turn on from across the room is very cool, and to get the weather report read out is amazing!

Looks good
I have bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas so I can't really review it until I have asked her but going on the one that my son has I think she will be very pleased with it, they ask it questions and also tell it to do things, and they are very happy with it.
