Good sound from the Amazon Echo
I used the click and collect there were no problems it’s a good service . I have a problem getting a radio signal so the Amazon Echo works really well . Some free music from Amazon . Can also be used to send messages to my family to their Echos . Radio / music and messages all free with no contracts. Good sound from the Amazon Echo also looks good I have the beige one .

Got this for me Elderly parents. Easy to set up, great piece of kit. They were banging out the Christmas tunes when I popped in there on the 25th Dec. They use it for all kinds of stuff - especially Reminders.

Amazon echo 3rd generation
Bought three of these on the Black Friday offer must say I’m very impressed with the sound quality and I found them very easy to set up. Good value for money would highly recommend.

Easy to use excellent sound quality
Don’t expect stadium sound but if the sound ain’t up to your standard it can be connect to a external speaker via a aux cable. Do expect to be up and running in 5mins

Excellent sound
16 YO daughter loves this, she is music mad so this is perfect for her while shes playing her xbox... sound is fab, nice bass tones and reaches a decent level too. They're always pinching my 2nd gen for their rooms so thank god I can keep mine now.

Beware the Amazon hype on this piece of kit.
Unless you buy into Amazon services it does little more than act like any other speaker connected to your phone by Bluetooth. There is the gimmick of voice activation but you soon get bored with Alexa saying she is “not sure about that” and wishing you “sleep tight” when you say goodnight to her. Until Amazon allow her access to the full range of apps such as BBC Sounds her use is limited. You have to first find what you want to listen to on your phone and then connect her to it.

Really great sound
Perfect if you like listening to music. Sound is superb compared to the echo dot, which this has replaced. Very easy to set up too & if you’ve got Amazon Prime & Spotify, great variety of music! Highly recommend!

I bought this for my Son for Christmas. He set it up in around a minute and is impressed with it. He already has Amazon Prime/ Music etc, so it was simple. I like it myself for music. The sound is excellent. I’ll buy one myself when he has moved out.

Looks great
I bought this for my 17 year old daughter for xmas, and she loves it. It was so easy to set up, looks great, and you can play whatever song you want to hear on it. We had some fun with asking certain questions. The volume and sound is great on it too.

Fab Christmas gift
My daughter gave this to my hubby for Christmas and we all love it. We use it for playing music and love asking it questions we use it as a timer for cooking and we get it to play nursery rhymes with our grandson it’s brilliant .

Easy to set up

Great Product
This is my second Alexa purchase and I have to say its moved on quite a lot since the first generation one that I bought. The sound is far improved and once you have been through the initial setup it is very easy to use.

dificult to connect. Okay after Firewall Update
could not get the Echo to connect, contacted Amazon who said that my system was subject to a Ddos attack and that they could get it resolved by a third party who would only charge for the software, I declined ang following futher research i installed a different Firewall ( one supplied by my ISP.
