Love it!
Husband has been hankering after Alexa for some time! Was supposed to be a joint Christmas gift to ourselves but couldn’t wait and set it up straightaway. Easy to get started and a great success. Grandkids love asking questions and we ask things I’d usually look up on the iPad, so much quicker and hands free!

Fantastic - just one issue...
Bought for my mum who is permanently bed ridden & unable to move. Idea being that she could make & answer calls using her voice. She is now able to do that, as well as ask alexa all manner of things (I’ll bed getting her smart lightbulbs next). The only down side for me is that you need to setup your Alexa account with a mobile phone number & smart phone, which my mum doesn’t have. So I had to use my details. Would Be much easier if you could setup a. Account using just an email address.

Tidy
Bought this for my daughters 12th birthday. She set it up herself using my Amazon account, so I guess it must be fairly easy to do. It’s loud enough for her bedroom and sound quality seems good.

love it
Its the only thing in the house that does as it is told! I love being able to tell it to put the radio on, give me the headlines and traffic info. All while im making a cuppa. Friends love to tell it to play obscure songs we havent heard for an age.

Amazon Echo
My 3 children have one each as thy all have there own rooms and can’t fault them for any homework needs all thy have to do is ask and Alexa will have the answer :) we love listening to the music we haven’t heard in years !!

Fab item shame about customer service
Fab item with great sound quality. My daughters love Alexa like she is a new member of the family talking to her more than us, however learning so much from her facts of the day etc. So easy to use. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing price and excellent quality
Love the new Alexa , easy to use once connected to the WiFi it responds to voice perfectly, used for alarms, music, news updates and meditation sessions throughout the day this is perfect for my busy life at home. Reminding me of important dates and times even the shopping list items I’ve added throughout the week! Excellent buy at this amazing price would definitely recommend.

The amazon Echo is worthy the money
The sound of the echo is good. I bought it to be used as a sound system on my kitchen. And it really does the job well. Enough base to give the music some quality. It's a fun gadget. Asking it to sing my sad happy birthday was a highlight. As it asking it if it likes cats. Very funny. I don't use it to its full potential as I don't have smart heating or lighting so I can't tell you what that's about

Excellent product, prefer generation 1!
I now have 2 of these and must say I prefer the first generation for style and for the fact the volume is a dial rather than buttons (minor point I know!) However it has bluetooth connectivity which the other doesn't or I never got working, so probably a bigger plus!

Love my Amazon Echo
Great. love my new Amazon Echo. Looks good, sounds good, don't know how I ever managed without one lol. We live in a remote area with little radio signal but can listen to all the radio stations now and have joined Amazon music and get millions of songs for £1 a week. Would highly recommend this product.

Excellent "mid-range" Echo device
Aesthetically more pleasing than the larger or smaller siblings, this is what I would class as the mid-range Echo device. I got this on Black Friday and at the price it's a pretty great little device. I have 2 Dot's and 1 bigger original Echo but of all of them I think this one is the most pleasant. Size-wise it's more compact than the original echo and with the cloth surround fits into our sitting room environment much better than the other devices which feel a little more industrial.

Very good revamp
Brought this and already own the previous version of the echo. By far allot better and the sound in my opinion is better. Smaller and cheaper. Very happy with it so bought another lol.

All the family love it
We'r all enjoying our echo, I'd say it's a best buy! Even our 4 year old can work it. Only problem I did have was when we had a new router box and having to update was a long process looking on the Alex's app! Found u tube came to my reasue. All in all its a fantastic product and would buy it again

Great little speaker
All in all a great little speaker, blends in nicely and is significantly smaller than expected. For the price and size the sound is actually pretty good and fills the room nicely. The voice commands are not only fun but also pretty practical when you have your hands full juggling other things. Definitely needs a subscription to Amazon Music or Spotify to make the most of it though.
