Unbelievable Piece of Kit
I can't emphasise enough the wonderful features of the Echo. Easy to set up wirelessly then just ask it questions or request music from your Amazon Music account. The sound quality is better that my Sony music centre yet it is only 15cm high and 9cm wide. I cannot think of a reason not to have one.

Amazing piece of kit.
Speaker is great quality to Bluetooth music through. Stylish looking item. Can ask ‘alexa’ about the weather, play music, the news. There is so much to do. Even my husband who is tech geek is so impressed I had to buy another, I would Suggest purchasing the tp link plugs too, to control sockets by voice command. Fantastic item - highly recommended .

Excellent improvemet
Great addition to the Alexa range, sound quality is excellent, and looks good too, with the sandstone fitting well with my decor . So easy to set up. I’m afraid it’s good by to my echo dots as I will by buying more echo 2s as replacements, purely for the better sound quality

Great fun, lovely sound!
Good fun tech toy for all the family, Alexa has a wealth of 'skills' you can add to grow her abilities. Plenty of sound for a little unit. Certainly no Sonos / Bose but neither is the price tag. Choose this great unit knowing this and you won't regret it... Enjoy!

The best virtual assistant
Absolutely love the Amazon Echo. After setting it up with my phone, it was ready to go. Daily reminders, ordering items, and playing my music. Absolutely love it!

I love my echo
Reading previous reviews I was dubious about the capability of the echo but so long as it's not positioned right next to the wall or window its fantastic and the sound is plenty powerful enough for a standard bedroom.

Great product
This is one of 3 echos in our house, one of our others is the echo plus which is meant to be a lot better sound quality but being honest unless they were side by side you probably wouldn’t tell the difference. For the size of the unit it gives out great sound and the voice recognition is very good. Until you buy one of these you do not realise how useful they are and how much you can actually do with them until you start playing around!

Easy to set up and works well.
A great product for young and old. Bought this as a gift for the mother-in-law who is not up to speed with technology but this is such an easy to use gift that she was able to use it straight away.

Amazing Alexa
Really pleased with echo,better with amazon prime but if not it’s able to play radio stations and answer various questions plus it can play music through Bluetooth,speaker quality also very good,would recommend

Handy Gizmo
Does everything it claims to with ease, no more fiddling about with typing into Google, just ask the question and job done. The speaker is more than capable of a decent quality sound making my DAB Radio obsolete, the skills, or apps available are fantastic, everything from online shopping, ordering a takeaway to telling me what aircraft is above me right now.

A voice assistant that sits in the background and is there when you need it. Can be used to control compatible light bulbs, plug sockets and more. Great as a radio, just say the name of the station you want it to play. Ask it for a weather report and news headlines. Play games such as 'true or false' and 'would you rather'.
