Good budget 4k monitor
Both monitors I ordered had no dead pixels. Very happy about that. Just a few complaints. First, the speakers... they are 1.5w and this spec isn't advertised in any of the literature or websites; I found out by looking for repair parts. The speakers have no bass. Second issue is that the monitor requires a VESA adapter for it to mount to any stands. Last issue is that it doesn't have a built -in power supply, so you have a power brick.

Great display for the price.
I use this for my gaming setup and I have no issues with the Panel it's self. However...... The monitor seems to be very delicate and colors came pretty warm before I tinkered with it for a little. If I could give it a 3.5 I would, and he's why. Took me 2 TIMES to get one shipped to me that did not have a black light issue, dead pixels, or having the bezel peal away from the panel....and panel/bezil's still are not fully flush on the one I settle... Excellent Performance, Well Priced
Excellent monitor and very well priced. Works perfectly with my 2009 Macbook Pro. Sharp image, great color rendition. I use it for my professional photoshop work.

Good screen, bad stand, reasonably priced.
When I was considering purchasing this monitor I was a little concerned that other reviews had listed the stand as being wobbly and that the height was not adjustable. Sadly, those reviews were right. The stand is wobbly and the monitor doesn't support alternatives for mounting. The lack of height adjustment is very minor for me. Awesome monitor for price but one problem !
The monitor is really hard to beat for this price. I experience no lag with the HDMI port. Crisp Display. Speakers are loud but I don't really use it. The cons: The monitor is too shaky when typing or putting effort to the desk. And also it is NOT vesa compatible which is not a big deal for a such beautiful monitor at this price.

You're using it wrong
After six months or so, this monitor began to cut out intermittently. I found that power cycling it brought it back to life for awhile, but the episodes are becoming more frequent to the point that I can't work effectively. I contacted Acer support, and they told me to use HDMI instead of Display Port. About what you'd expect for the price
Resolution is not what I had hoped for, given that it will be used for photographic editing and retouching. After several thorough calibration efforts with Spyder5 Elite, monitor is still less accurate than my MacBook Prorunning about 15-20 degrees (K) warmer than it should. But then, it's also not priced like a 27 Retina display...

Best 4K monitor under $300.
Thin, sturdy and comes with plenty of input options. The smaller screen size on it makes for a higher ppi / clearer picture. Would highly recommend this monitor.

Great monitor
Great value and performance for this monitor, it shipped at a decent speed and wasn't damaged in any way, but I do have one complaint. The display port cable that came with it was broken, it would flicker in and out. Scared me so much that I thought I was going to have to return the monitor, until I plugged my hdmi cable in and it worked fine. I'll recommend this monitor to anyone who wants 1440p and is fine without 120fps, but I'd appreciate it if they included better cables next time!

awesome value
This is my first IPS monitor, but I'm already in love with it. The screen is beautiful to look at and the size is great. I wanted to go with a 27 inch screen but I'm glad I picked the 25 inch. I sit two to three feet away from it and it's perfect at that distance. I also use it to watch TV shows from 8 - 10 feet away and have no complaints.

Fantastic monitor for the price.
I use this monitor mainly for gaming and Netflix. It is truly a beautiful screen. I have no criticisms save for the base, as it is a tad wobbly and not removable, and for the color calibration, as it is a little on the blue side but easily fixable through changing the settings. 4/5.

Good value
For photography/ photo editing, calibration looks good. Quite good quality in comparison to LaCie monitor I've used in the past! Currently using it with a laptop and display port, occasionally will lose connection between monitor and pc when on highest resolution

Simple and efficient
I bought this as a replacement for an aging 21 NEC. The most important criteria for me were: 1. WQHD resolution 2. Ability to drive this via the HDMI port 3. Very nice Monitor.
It is brighter than all the other monitors I have used in the past so I recommend it for aging eyes like my own. My only small quibble is the lack of adjustability which is really kind of moot as I sit pretty close to it anyway.

No Complaints
First time purchasing and using a high res monitor. So far I haven't had any problems and love it. Seeing as this is the first high def screen I've purchased I can't attest as to how it compares to others. Set up was simple and haven't had a problem yet.

Ordered 3 of these and they arrived fast. Plugged all 3 in and they worked like a charm instantly. I haven't had any issues with these at all. The stand is inconvenient but I wouldn't say it's bad. Would be nice for some adjustments though. For those complaining about vesa mounts, I agree 100%. But there are adapters available that can be used to mount this. Crisp Display
Beautiful details on a crisp display. Base can wobble and my large fingers are clumsy when I use the Ctrl buttons, but I knew that before I purchased them and I anticipated that it would not be that big of a deal for me. It isn't. It was exactly what I thought it would be. I have no complaints.

Once you go IPS you'll never go back. This display is super crisp and bright, no horizontal or vertical lines or flicker on the screen like you see on so many other displays (if you walk through a Best Buy computer section, you'll know what I'm talking about as you'll see good and bad monitors side by side). Great Monitor for the Price
Got this monitor a couple of weeks ago and am really glad I upgraded. For the price point, this is a great monitor so far. The sound has the tinny sound and the bezel doesn't sit super tight to the screen, but the resolution is great
