Good built and sound quality
The Turtle beach recon headset was easy to set u and has a high quality build and sound quality. My 10 year old son set them up under supervision easly. I would recommend to friends and family. Good price from Argos also.

Brilliant piece of kit!
The son loves them, he's had quite a few expensive headsets so he wasn't happy when I said we'd go for the cheaper ones this time as they don't seem to last long but he's very pleased! Top marks for sound, connectivity, style, comfort and price and hopefully it's taught him that just because something has an expensive price tag it doesn't automatically make it better!

Best Buy headset
I’ve found it comfortable even after a few hours gaming. The speaker sits over your ear on not on it, allowing you to hear the tv clearly, the speaker is certainly loud enough to hear your mates clearly. They say they are glasses friendly which they are in the sense of comfort, I do find the arm of my glasses tough the foam padding which can cause a bit of a squeak. The flexible arm for the mic could do with being a little stiffer as it tends to drop down below the chin

Good buy
My son is Xbox mad, unfortunately he also likes to leave his headset on the floor. This headset is ideal - does the job its supposed to plus not expensive to replace. Comfortable to use whilst wearing glasses too. Have bought more expensive ones in the past and my son says this item is just as good .

Bought as Xmas present for my son & he loves it

Rookie Xbox Players Start Here
If you just got a Xbox one for Christmas, Xbox live is a great way to play online with your mates. This headset is perfect for chatting during gameplay and comfortable to wear for long periods of time (which is important). It has a nice long cable so you don't accidentally pull it of your head and with just the one earpiece, you can still hear when your tea is ready.

Great gaming headset
Headset went together easily. This can be used for xbox one and ps4. Mic moves . Mute easy to use as is volume. I wear glasses to play xbox one and this headset does not squash my glasses arm against my ear. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Good quality basic chat headset
I was dubious buying a chat headset so cheap but I needn't have worried. The sound is good, it is comfortable and the cables are much sturdier than other headsets I have bought.

Faulty from the start
I returned the turtle beaches as the microphone was faulty, Argos refunded me and I purchased the afterglow level 1 headset, which in my opinion for a basic Xbox one chat headset, is more comfortable than the turtle beach and is of equal quality to the turtle beach and is at a cheaper price so why pay more for a basic chat headset. on a final note, this turtle beach headset states they are glasses friendly, which I found not to be the case.

Disappointed - do not work
Bought for my 7yr old to use on the xbox but do not work... The advisory on the instructions is not to return to store if discovered as faulty but to call or email turtle beach. What? They are plug and play headphones???? Therefore should work or not work! They are going back for a refund, fact.
