I purchased this as a backup earpiece, due to me having left my other device in the office and going on holiday. This little earpiece is brilliant - great value - sound quality is really good, it does the job perfectly, and sits comfortably on your ear. Can definitely recommend.

Shocking
Don't waste your money. Everyone who has rang me on it says it sounds like I'm at banger racing it's that noisey in the background... when I'm literally sat in a quiet car. Thing needs binning

Poor sound quality
I’ve used Jabra for around 15 years and haven’t had no problems I broke my shall we say more expensive one so though I’d give this one a go,I’ve found this one very poor for sound quality although I do drive a truck but even in the car it’s not very good hearing half a conversation,I’ll be purchasing another very soon

Poor sound
Bought for my husband, great price but sadly that's all, the sound quality is atrocious, can't hear my husband as the back ground noises are louder than his voice.

Great product
Does exactly what it says ,sound is great and battery lasts a while.Can become slightly uncomfortable wearing after a while but happy with this purchase would recommend as a cheaper alternative

well worth it
needed a replacement for my old one so was very happy found this one a slightly better one its a good robust one and needs to be the amount of times I sit on it and drop them ive never had a problem with any ive had from this brand highly recomended

Comfy and makes my job easier
Bought as a present for my boyfriend as he drives a lot in his job and can’t answer Phone. As he works alone all day he said it’s the best preset he’s got as it allows him to talk to people now at work. Great product and sound quality is great

Staying in
Not impressed with this. Before I got into the car tired it. Felt great. Next went out driving. It doesn't stay in my ear keeps falling while your driving. Tired to get it back in but while driving, that dangerous. Sad thing is I lost the receipt so unable to take it

My other one (which was fantastic) went faulty.
Argos only had the one i have now in stock so my choice was limited. Tesco phone shop sorted it out for me (as i use their network)but they did not have a bluetooth head piece in a price range that i could afford. so had to go to argos.Nowhere near as good as the one i had.

Get what you pay for
Returned as didn’t work correctly - poor quality sound, kept cutting out. My friend has the same model, and he says his is ok, so maybe just mine. Wouldn’t buy it again though, so that says something about it!

Main reason for the poor review is that it only works with calls and not music or media when similar priced devices will work for both.

Very comfortable
I have previously purchased three of these without issue. This one however regularly needs to be reset as it stops working. I am a taxi driver so a good headset is essential

Have 2 children and it's not always possible to answer the phone as don't normally have a spare hand, this makes it easy to talk to friends and family
