A decent product.
Product comes in two sections which slot together, and does not look very strong. Very thin plastic and may break if not careful. It is lightweight though and for the price is not bad.

Didn't work....service on return was diabolical
Headsets didn't work partially could hear others but couldn't be heard . Frustrating to see the kids delight on opening presents and then the disappointment when they didn't work.

The wrong description
On the catalogue this product shows that you can use it on xbox one and xbox360 but when we took it home it does not work with xbox 360 so I had to return it back for a refund.

Good value for money
The product works well and is good value for money. Sound and comfort would be improved if it had two padded earpieces instead of one and appearance would be enhanced as well.

There a really good headset the only thing I think it needs to be stated you need the adaptor for it to work on Xbox one as don't feel it's clearly stated about the adaptor.

Bargain headset
I bought these for my 11 year old son to replace gus Microsoft headset whilst they were sent for a repair, they connected straight away son very happy with them bargain!

Cheap
Went for one of the cheaper headsets and its the old cliche..buy cheap, pay twice. My son is complaining that there is background fuzz all the time with this headset.

Style is poor and can be uncomfortable after an hour. But good value for money. It does its job. Xbox one adapter needed seperately, this could be better advertised

Stylish headset
Very stylish headset, good connectivity and volume. Sits comfortably for a while but if wearing for a long time the unpadded side can become a little uncomfortable.

Good item for the price
Overall I'm happy with pretty much everything except for the mute that is a switch and not a button. Really annoying hearing the click every time I mute.
