Okay for the money - as it was on offer
The sound quality of this headset is pretty good for the money. However, where it falls down massively is comfort. If you are planning of using these for a long gaming session, these is not the headset for you. After a short while of wearing these, it feels like my head is caught in a vice. I can only assume that is due to the earphone part of the headset not having any movement to them. Other headsets I've had in the past have a little give in this area which make them a lot more comfortable.

Broken
when trying to adjust the headset to myself the slightly snapped on the left side and then on the ride side they snapped completely so the wire was on show and they snapped from inside when trying to adjust them! I brought them back to the store that I had brought them from and I was then told that because it wasn’t a manufacturers fault they couldn’t refund me or replace them! Even though it wasn’t my fault and it happend when trying to adjust them! That it snapped a bit!

Had 2, both faulty!
I bought this for my son for christmas.. within 2 days the microphone stopped working. Replaced with same make/model. 1st time of using the new one, while i was adjusting the headset size, it snapped clean in 2! Absolutely appalled! I took it back and have bought a different brand! Only plus side was that the sound quality was crystal clear.. other than that i would not recommend this product at all. Too weak, clearly a cheap make although looks are deceiving.

Headset Broken already
Had this product for about a week now. The second time of using it, the mic mute/unmute switch which is half way down the cable became unreliable. Whether on mute/unmute the mic would not work. It is only after holding the actual switch in a little bit (applying constant pressure) that the mic kicks back into life. I'm assuming some kind of crucial switch under the mute/unmute needs pressure and the switch itself isn't doing it. Will be returning, unsatisfied.

Flimsy plastic headband. Don't buy.
Bought for Christmas snapped across headband on 1st day. were replaced no problem didn't need to use the accidental damage as they hadn't been mistreated. 2nd ones snapped on 2nd use when son picked them up to put them on. Read reviews before taking them back and seems lots of people had this issue, which seems to me to be a fault with plastic. Told store manager but she insisted it was not a fault with product so would have to use the insurance . Not happy.

Earphones are fab and great price
Bought these earphones for my son who uses them daily on his xbox one he loves them they fit comfortably volume is great and they dont slip like other ones . I wasnt sure about buying these as its normal more expensive ones he uses but will definitely be buying these ones in future as they do the same job if not better. Would highly recommend these to family and freind as they are a great buy and do exactly what they should

Design flawed broke on first use
failed to follow the advice of other reviewers and purchased this product. The headset snapped when I first went to wear the product. The design is flawed and features rigid plastic at one of the main points where it needs to be flexible. On returning, the Argos employee confirmed that they had received a lot of returns of the product due to breakages. Worth spending a bit extra for one of the better known brands.

One ear piece stopped working within a week
One ear piece stopped working within a week of purchase. I couldn't find the receipt and hadn't been offered the online version. The day I went to take it back the jack snapped in my sons controller. When I went to Argos they said tough we must have broke it This is not the first time I've found Argos to be unhelpful and not even considered dealing with a faulty item. I won't be shopping there again

Brittle Plastic Headband - Broke on second use.
While the headphones did their job well, the headband broke within 24 hours of purchase when my son was putting them on his head. I was present and he didn't pull them exceptionally wide, just enough to go on, like we all do. Poor choice of inflexible material by the manufacturer. We swapped them for the new 2017 version (Stealth SX Elite) priced the same and the newer version is much more robust.

My son very happy with headphones
Bought these to replace a similarly priced pair of headphones bought from Amazon. The build and sound quality is very good in comparison and my son says that they are much more comfortable to wear. He has been using to chat to friends whilst playing on his X-Box 1 and they have worked perfectly. Very pleased with the performance and value of these headphones and would happily recommend.

Not worth the box it comes in!!
Would not recommend this product. For starters the microphone wire came loose which should not happen considering the length of the cable (as there is no pull/strain). I continued to use the product as gaming headphones however when taking them off the cheap plastic on the ear piece snapped so now it is completely useless. Would not recommend to anyone. So disappointed and annoyed at this.

these are poor quality
I bought these for my son the second time he put them on they snapped across the top. he wasn't rough with them and was very upset that he couldn't use them. luckily we took out the insurance because Argos wouldn't exchange them they said he had broken them and it wasn't their fault so beware if you buy these from Argos take out the insurance and leave them in the box !!!!!!

Look good in picture but they are not
I got these for my son and within two weeks the top had snapped, he only used them and then hung them up. They are cheap flimsy rubbish. I took them back and had them replaced because I paid for the product replacement, if I didn't have that they wouldn't have changed them. Now not even a week later the new ones have snapped too. AVOID THIS PRODUCT save your money.

Good quality headphones
These headphones are really good and a must for all online gamers. Sound quality is very good and they are comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give the connectivity five stars is that if you have the original Xbox One you also need a Stereo headset adaptor. Service from Argos was second to none as always, reserved them online and picked them up the same day.

If I could I would have give no stars! The on and off switch is backwards. so on is off and off is on (maybe a wire fault) It dont last a month just stops working I've brought 3 from argos and the 3rd one didn't work completely. I also brought one from asda and the same thing with that one-same model Dont waste your money on this model

Xbox Live Use headphones
A gift for my 10yo for use with his Xbox, it appears from the fun he's having that all works well. Attaching the mic was simple and, apart from looking a little bit chunky on a 10yo's head, they are comfortable. Only minor comment is that as he wears glasses, he thinks they're a little tight on the frame arms, but he'll get used to it

Great value for money
Originally we purchased the Xbox headset thinking it would be the better one however we couldn’t get it to work so we returned it & purchased Stealth headset which worked straight away, sound ok, comfy & my 8yr old is happy so I’m happy. Good value for money would purchase again.

Great headphones ,look good and sound and quality good for my granddaughter,she likes the flexibility of the mic which to be honest are better for younger children and well done to Argos ordered on Sunday and was delivered on the same day within a couple of hours great 10 out of 10

Flimsy
Design looks great and great sound quality but afternoon only two days the centre of the band started cracking which has within a week snapped clean in half clearly not designed well enough to go over a head unless you have a narrow flat head ha now being used duct taped together

Broke after a few days
Took a punt on this one as there were some negative reviews but, after a few days, it broke across the top. It could be that it's just built for smaller heads, but Argos were good to refund and I bought an alternative Turtle Beach replacement instead for a tiny bit more.

Snapped!
The bow on the top of the headset is not flexible enough or large enough for the average head. I put mine on and the plastic snapped across the top. I've had to stick it together with tape because of Argos's ridiculous returns policy I can't be bothered to to return it.

Looks good but left very disappointed
We brought this product because it looked good and the price was a lot less than others we had seen but within 2 days it stopped working. Argos were very good and let us return it. I would not recommend this headset as I have read other reviews stating the same issues.

Great set of Headphones
Bought for my son who goes through more headsets then I can remember.These offer excellent value for money.My son has no complaints which is a first for him. They have been a great set of headphones.with no faults like a lot of others.Would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant headset for the price
Bought these for my son for chrust mas as a replacement of his more expensive headset. He says they are great and sound quality is perfect. Would highly recommend for younger kids who might break dearer ones easily as they don't cost too much if they need replaced.
