Sony Cybershot HX60 20MP 30x Zoom Compact Digital Camera
Great value
Have bought several of these cameras for family and friends and this latest had a big price drop. This compact is one of the very few in that price range to have a hot shoe for a flashguns or other Sony accessories.

Excellent and simple camera
My previous camera was a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-WX350. I wasn't expecting much of an improvement, but was quite surprised. The camera is heavier and about 20% larger all round, with a much larger lens and enclosure. The rear screen is significantly sharper too. The best improvement for me though is the auto picture setting. The WX350 took three pictures for HDR, and the HX60 takes four, and processes them in less than half the time. In short, a fantastic camera for the money.

This camera is easy to use and navigate through.
If youa rew looking for a functional camera with easy to use and navigate menue, then I would highly recommend this one. And not too expensive either, well worth it.

Sony camera
Nice camera, build quality ok, LCD screen is easily marked though, could do with a screen protector. Picture quality is good and zoom fairly good although slightly pixelated. Would be nice to be able to have option for shooting in raw mode. As a pocket camera it is ok but I'm used to using dslr so there is a difference. Ok to use when you get used to it, and depending on what you want from your camera. Shame when using keep catching the rec button, could do with option to alter that.

Outstanding Camera
Bought this camera for my partner...prior to touring the Rockies in Jasper National Park...beautiful pictures...for such a compact camera

Good solid camera, takes great photos
Camera feels solid and well built, I don't like the small, light digital cameras as they feel flimsy and hard to hold, so this one is perfect for me. Not had a Sony before, but was disappointed with my last panasonic so thought I would give it a go. Massive zoom and takes great photos, not printed any yet. I am no pro with a camera so wanted something easy to use and this is just right. It also tells you what each of the modes are when you are changing through them which is useful.

Great Camera
Great camera and takes lovely photos. Nice size for handbag but lots of nice features. Love the zoom. Not tried all the shooting modes but took close up of a butterfly and it is so sharp. Only negative is no view finder and difficult to see screen in sunny weather. Best camera I’ve ever had.

Many features, Great quality!
This camera includes many features that work amazingly. It has a little flash compartment that comes out with a click and is quite adorable but is not too study, however it's not an issue unless you're someone who is quite clumsy! Overall great buy, worth every penny, very happy customer. Of all the many features, i have to include that theres one for food which makes food look tastier than it does in real life!

Excellent compact camera
Easyto set up. I like the fact that this camera has a 30x zoom lens. I am still finding my way round it but have managed to take a few close ups of birds. Couldn't install the Sony Play Memories ap on my PC but that doesn't matter as you cam use Windows Live Photo Gallery to download from the camera.

Wonderful all round camera
Second one of these I have bought. I reckon I got 30000+ flashes out of it, before the flash went. Great for close-ups of flowers/small collectables. Optical zoom is extraordinary & fantastic for long distance close-ups of building, birds, animals, etc. Very easy to use. The video & associated sound of very high quality & I have posted straight to youtube. The only disappointment was that I couldn't just buy a new flash unit... I had to buy a new camera, but having said that what a work horse!

Decent camera
I like Sony and I already have a bridge camera which I had for about 3 years. I needed something compact so I went for this one. Outside in a bright light the picture quality is fab. But at home I can see pixels on the picture when zoomed in. I can say that my iPhone 8 Plus camera is far more better. But the camera is good to being able to zoom objects closer. Video quality is good tho. If you are doing blogging or just home videos, it’s good. Sound is clear.

My camera is great , small but full of features
Excellent camera. Small and easy to put in your pocket but great features. Great zoom and can take close ups too. Then can be sent straight to your phone to share on social media.

A great compact camera
I brought this camera as me and my wife have recently had a baby daughter and wanted to be able to take some good quality photos of her growing up without having to lug the SLR around and we weren't happy with the quality of the photos taken on our phones. I'm impressed with the image quality of this camera and as expected it sits roughly between a high end phone and SLR. It's also very easy to transfer photos from the camera to either a phone or PC wirelessly.

So good my friend got one too
Camera quality is much better than I expected for the money, I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with the zoom. If I was to find a down side it's that during strong sunshine it can be difficult to see the LCD screen on the back, even at full brightness but nothing that cannot be solved

Video button in silly place
An excellent compact camera with ample features for a point and shoot person like me who occasionally wants to take close ups or action shots (like birds flying around the garden). I couldn't begin to say anything technical about picture quality. They just look good to me. The only downside, which others have also noted, is that the video button is right where your thumb goes when you pick it up, so you'll be forever deleting short unwanted video clips!

Sony Cybershot HX60
A lovely compact digital camera. Looking very forward to discovering, enjoying and testing all its features and capabilities. The better cameras are just far too expensive never mind the cost of any lenses! The lenses for cameras alone are so very outrageously priced! The passion and love for and of photography seems to only exist in the user and manufacturers! For the "middle man" it is always about profits! A very sad reality!

My second Sony compact
As expected superb picture quality. Only given four stars as body made of plastic, but should last and stand up to everyday use.Buttons are quite small, as sometimes hard to find .More than enough programs to keep us happy or, just point and shoot.Super long zoom, Body is compact but still has the reassuring wieght .

Poor choice and faulty
I chose this camera as it was recommended by Which as I have a new Grand daughter and it’s her first Christmas I had high hopes. Sadly the Camera is not functioning correctly and the battery does not seem to retain power when charged. So sounds as if I will have to travel all the way to my local store to take it back. So whilst I will no doubt get a refund my pictures of Molly’s Christmas were a disaster !
