Died when I needed it
After about 6 months it randomly died when I needed it most at work before an interview. When it worked it was perfect. No drops, no bumps, not even scratches. Took care of it. After testing it I found it to be maybe something with the xlr prongs. It is such a good microphone besides that, that I am going to buy another one. I will return it if this happens again. As for broken one I am going to see if I can get it fixed. Maybe this was a dud but like I said, worked perfect sound wise. Great for ENG

Wanna look like Bob Barker?
I dind't actually need this mic - it came with a wireless ENG mic package. That said, I'm shocked at how good it is. I've used it in a test video with my wife and daughter just to see if I was given a dud or something more. Really solid quality. Looks appropriate for news style shooting, street interviews, game show host stylilng. B&H also included a cube to put station ID on the base of the mic which makes it look the part.

Sony F112 ENG Mic, Cheap and Cheerfull
I bought this mic to use attached to WRT-8P(250w wireless plugon) which we use as Clerk of Course mic for television live to air horse racing in Australia. It needed to be omni, it needed to sound at least as good as an SM 63, it needed to look ok , it needed to be cheap and it needed to be tough. It ticks all those boxes with ease. For a cheap omni reporter/host mic its great.

Good sounding Microphone
I bought this for the very noisy (discotheque etc..) situtaions. I have not used this in a shoot situation as yet. But did test in different possible situations, sounds very good. I know I will not be using it very often but good to have it part of my microphone collection.

Works Exactly the Way I Need it!
I use this mic for doing on-field interviews as well as professional voice-over work. I love the long stem for beautiful handling. It's sleek looking and fits perfectly in my mic case. What may be a downside to it is the black paint chipping off if you do not protect it.

Microphone Travels Well
I have been using this mic for recording while traveling. The audio is great. It is well built and travels well. It could use a protective cover for the terminal end to prevent physical damage and keep dirt out.

Good sound of the money
Real good sound quality of the money. Good ergonomic feel and very lightweight even with wireless transmitter base attached.

I use it for on the go interviews. I don't like having the mic in the shot though so I don't use this much.
