OK for the money
Picture not as good as my similarly priced 6yr old Samsung. Sound quality is better than other brands and unless you are used to one, a sound bar isn't essential. There is no headphone socket and the stand is far too big so it overhangs my table, but as no other set had acceptable sound or picture, I was forced to choose this one. It seems to me that the current crop of TV's at this price are nowhere near as good as they were 6 yrs ago. Shame my old set packed up.

7 series UHD TV Samsung 43"
The only thing to change here is the TV. I (we) still sit in the same viewing positions, but I'm noticing a slight degradation in picture quality ( colours appear washed out, the further off-axis, compared to the recently disposed series 6. I can simply move, and can't fault the image when sat in-front of the TV, but it's the only issue that has come to light so far in the first few days of ownership. Aside that, it was cheap and affordable, 12 Months, no interest if settled on time!

Does the job just great
Very easy to install although a bit unnerving when the instructions and process popped up on my mobile phone. Smartthings app doesn't really work as it always shows TV as "disconnected" when it's turned on..

I had problems with the Hitachi 4k tv I bought, Exchanged for the Samsung( all singing & dancing)!@! NO PROBLEMS DOES EVERYTHING WELL. GOOD BUY!!

Great TV but connectivity issues
Very pleased with the basic TV. It was fairly quick and easy to assemble, the picture is good (although I wasn't too keen on the very bright default picture and found some manual adjustment vastly improved it). The sound is so much better than my old TV. The issue I have had is connecting the TV to the internet. To do this you have to download some T&Cs to the TV and agree to them otherwise it won't connect. However whenever I try I get an error message so have been unable to connect.

Brilliant
Cracking tv easy set up picture and sound bang on. Only trouble ive had 4 of the 8 screws for the were missing Samsung sent them through the post in 2 working days.

Great picture and sound.
Upgrade to previous Samsung hd tv and I wasn’t disappointed - easy set up and the 4K picture from YouTube and Netflix is amazing. The smart remote is strange because of the way it is but it works once you get used to is (there’s a standard remote too). Upscales normal hd sky channels to near 4K too. Only thing I don’t like , the stand is so wide !

Awesome
Totally tab TV, so easy to install and set up. Everything so easy to use. Yes it comes with 2 remotes but I only use the small one now it's all set up. No confusion Picture and sound are phenomenal, i would definitely recommend this TV to friends.

TV is great
Set up quickly although I was confused having 2 remotes but love the speech recognition, turn the set on and within seconds picture is on the screen. Mine is in use as a bedroom TV and also to play console games on, not had any trouble. I have mine also connected to bluetooth headphones a d no lag and no problems. I would recommend to anyone.

Another Great Samsung TV
Samsung are leaders in TV technology and this though this is at the lower end of the scale in cost is no exception. It does what it says on the box, easy to set up and hopefully will serve me for some time to come.

Average TV
I am having some problems the TV is not recognizing my Desktop PC. Samsung say I have to change the resolution on the PC to get a signal using the HDMI cable 4k. I have been on the forum to see if anyone else has that problem and found this is a big problem. Also I am not finding the picture quality all that great so it does not have the WOW factor for me. I put a booster on but not much difference. The programmes in HD are OK. But as its only the bedroom it will do for me.

Well Impressed.
Both picture and sound quality are way better than the Sony and Toshiba sets I tried prior to buying this. The picture quality in particular is just in a different league to the other two. Incredible. Satellite Channel and WiFi set up were quick and easy. Automatically detects and sets up USB and HDMI connected equipment. Supplied with both a standard and Samsung smart remote. I would definitely recommend this TV.

Very Realistic Picture
Very good, the wide colour gamut makes the picture look much more realistic. With this model, it seems in the 43 inch size at least, you can get randomly either a VA panel (better contrast and black levels) or an IPS panel (better colour accuracy and viewing angle), this is not mentioned in Samsung's specs but makes a big difference. Mine was an IPS panel which personally i was very happy about but other people can prefer VA for movies etc. Upscales very well and is good for gaming too.
