Neither of them worked!
I really cannot rate this item because Ive never seen it operate. For the first time in my long association with B & H as a customer I received a defective item. The TV was a Christmas gift for my in-laws and I received the first one several days before Christmas. On Christmas Day we plugged it in and nothing happened. I returned that set and two weeks later received a replacement. That set also didnt work. Rather than face another two week delay with apparently uncertain results, I returned the second set as well and requested a refund. Still waiting.

Great TV For The Money
I really love this TV. Great picture! The only drawbacks are: Unlike an O.L.E.D. TV or a Plasma TV, it does have reduced visual quality if viewed from an angle. That is common with all LCD TV's illuminated by L.E.D. back lighting. The internal speakers don't match the quality of the picture. An external soundbar is recommended. Great picture, easy set-up, technology too new
The only bad thing about tv is the only way you can hook up external audio is through optical cable. My 2015 tv head phones would not work with tv.had to buy new headphones. There are ways to do it but expensive and too many steps to make it work. I think Samsung does this on purpose

An excellent TV for the price
Worked perfectly out of the box and had zero issues setting up the unit. Picture quality was above what I expected from a TV of this price. Even though the built in speakers would suffice, for the best experience, I would highly recommend getting a dedicated sound bar.

Very happy after a few months
So far it has come as advertised. Chose based on reviews in the leading consumer magazine and followed their recommendations for adjusting the settings. Priced at a good price point below the pricier sets and the less capable models. Have found no negatives up to now.

Nice upgrade
We bought this to replace a 39 TV that was dying. The picture is great and it works as advertised. Coupled it with a Yamaha ATS-1080 and they work great together. Looked at the SmartTV features when I first unboxed it, but they werent very interesting.

Great picture...easy set-up
Great TV, I recommend it. My only issue is with the table mounting system...the "two separate feet" mounting system limits my choice of TV stand (need very wide stand).If It had a center mounting set-up it would have made my selection much simpler.

Bad TV
Sound came on but nothing else. Called Samsung and they came to the conclusion that it was a bad TV. The nearest repair is two hours away. Can't even return it out a lot of money . Note to self buy the TV locally

Living Room Gem
Excellent TV witb a great picture. If you have a Samsung home theatre, it is totally compatible. For the price, its a wonderful living room addition!

Dim and poor color
If you've had a good flatpanel TV before, this one is not gonna cut it for you, you're just gonna be frustrated. This is a low-end unit.
