my hearing is not as good as my wifes and require the tv volume too high for her comfort, now I have found the answer to this problem with these wireless headphones just connect transmitter lead into the tv headphone socket plug in to the power and you are up and running , there is a on off switch a volume control , surround sound button and a tuner button for the choice of three air waves on the headphones the transmitter is also the cradle for charging the batteries

excellent features

I bought these wireless headphones for my wife who has a loss of hearing and we usually have to have the television volume up loud and subtitles covering the picture..However with these Panasonic headphones,tuned into the television,my wife can hear every sound,with no distractions,even when she walks into another room,whilst I can have the sound at normal level, and no annoying subtitles.My wife found them very comfortable,but I found them a little tight on my head.

Panasonic is good brand

I've had these headphones before and found them very good in all departments,good reproduction of sound and very good to walk about in the house and garden .picked up sound at over 30 metres from sender unit with out distortion very comfortable to wear hands free great. reason for purchase due to clumsy accident on my part not failure of the phones very pleased with them and the price at Argos wasn't the best but they had them in stock for immediate pick up.

VERY GOOD..PITY NOT A BIT CHEAPER

I bought these for my flatscreen Toshiba TV as I prefer wearing headphones to get a clearer sound. While I was reluctant to pay £74 they are the ONLY headphones that do actually provide good sound and the surround sound is very good. I had to swap them as I kept getting crackly interference and they stopped charging (a fault in the red light) so have tried a cheaper pair which are not as good. I aim to buy these again as I like the sound quality for my TV!!

bought this for my father who suddenly went deaf in one ear 2 weeks ago - and needed some better sound from the tv. they help - not in the deaf ear, but certainly he can hear clearer as the sound is going straight to the ear he can also use them in the middle of the night when he can't sleep and wants to watch tv without disturbing the family he also wears them when everyone else is watching tv so the sound on tv is not so loud and he can hear them

Uncomfortable

I bought these headphones for my husband but they were not suitable for him because he found the head band too tight and uncomfortable. My son tried them on too and said they would be all right to wear for a short while but not for longer periods of time. Apart from the tightness of the headband, the sound quality was not that good and the docking station made a noise when headphones were charging. A very disappointing purchase which had to be returned.

Great

Brought these for my husband so that he could play scary games without scaring the kids. Works a treat, just need my husband back! Easy to charge, battery life seems good so far, as does reception. It has 3 different channels to try if you happen to experience interference on one. Not heavy headphones, surround sound option and volume easy to adjust. As the band is elasticated you can easily switch headphones from person to person without adjusting.

Panasonic WF950 Wireless Headphones.

These headphones do the job. Stylish and reasonably priced and worked straight out of the box. They are fine for listening to music anywhere in the house or garage, and I am looking forward to using them in the garden when the weather improves, but they become uncomfortable when watching television while wearing spectacles. Apart from this the freedom from trailing wires is a big bonus and I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

panasonic headphones wireless

Purchased on behalf of neighbour, who already has one set and has been very pleased. Unfortunately, her new Panasonic tv does not allow sound through the tv speakers as well as the headphones! Once plugged in, the headphones cut off the sound, so no one else can listen to the tv with her. Please be aware that not all Panasonic televisions will operate as you might wish with headphones plugged in. Her original tv, however, does allow this !

2nd one.

This is my 2nd one of these as i found the first so comfy i used to fall asleep with them on and eventually broke them. However these are not quite as good.Smaller padding for the ears- i have small ears and they are a bit tight on me.also they loose signal at a shorter distance that the others did...But still a good buy as i need the volume louder than the family does.Just a shame i can`t use them and the family listen to the TV.

Bought these to go with son's laptop but they need you to carry round the receiver and are too bulky on tbe head. so were not really suitable. Better for listening to music in the house perhaps and being able to keep it to yourself and have the ability to move from room to room as you do so. The coverage was good and the sound pretty decent, but my pair developed a fault almost the same day. Argos exchanged them no problems.

Useful Cordless Headphones

After reading a positive Argos review on these headphones, I decided to purchase a pair. They are quite comfortable and the sound is excellent. I find them great for getting into a movie, and prefer them to my surround sound speakers. The base station charger is very easy to use. The only downside, is that the two AAA rechargeable batteries don't last very long, so keep a backup pack of Duracell, or similar handy.

Wireless Headphones ********

Bought as present for my Husband from myself and the children!! Had to buy a scart connecting kit (from Argos 102/4425 £8.99) to get them to work with our TV (Lg) and Virgin box. (Not a fault with the headphones, just the set up of our tv etc) Husband LOVES them calls them his Nag Blockers!!!! Great product. Great sound, good fit not uncomfortable as some reviews suggest. Bought when on offer so fantastic value.

Great product

I was sick and tired of having to have the TV volume low, at night, so as not to disturb my family so I decided I wanted to buy some good quality wireless headphones without having to part with too much cash! These are perfect! The sound quality is excellent and the fact that they auto-tune is pretty cool too! I can now enjoy watching films without having to worry about waking the rest of the house!

Total disapointment!

I purchase these on reading other reviews from argos customers. The surround sound was a plus too but sadly i didn't feel these headphones were nowhere loud enough even on full pelt with surround on. I bought them for my husband who wanted them to watch films on tv so he could have the surround sound up quite loud to himself. These were returned to argos for a full refund as faulty with no problems.

good purchase

This is the best purchase i have made in a long time,bought for my Husband who is quite deaf and struggles to wear his hearing aid so we purchased these head phones so that he can hear the television without having to blast out the sound in the room.They work perfect problem solved, i have the sound at my level of hearing and he as the sound ajusted to his level on the head phones perfect.

Good value and works well

Very straightforward to use and delivers great audio quality at a realistic price. Controls are a bit fiddly to use while wearing the headphones, but practice will make perfect I am sure. I have not tested how far from the base unit it is possible to go without degrading the audio, but it certainly works in every room of my large semi without noticeable distortion, noise or loss of signal.

Wireless Headphones

I bought these to get rid of the wired headphones plugged in to the computer, they are great for walking around the house. The sound sometimes hisses a bit, but I think this is the location I put the transmitter in. Having said that great sound when clear. The battery life is good lasts me for days. One bad point is it takes nearly 24 hours to recharge them! All said and done love them.

The Panasonic WF 960 wireless headphones have the distance range they advertise. The sound is consistant within the range stated. Tuning is excellent because it is automatic and the sound is high quality with or without the surround sound. The headset is comfortable to wear and the recharging base discreet and simple to use. Overall a good and positive product which is enjoyable to use

Freedom!!

I purchased these wirless headphones to get freedom from the restrictions that are built in to the headphones with wires. This has now been fully realised, so I can now do things like the washing up, and other housework, while listening to my favourate music. The Pansonic set is a joy to use, and even has auto tuning, which means cristal clear sound nearly all the time I am using them.

Brilliant headphones

Headphones charged up quickly and with a 15 hour average usage per charge they are great. Headphones have on/off switch,volume control,tuning button and surround sound on/off switch. I can walk around my house without any loss of sound or disturbance. All in all a very good piece of kit for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. In fact I already have.

Headphones Connect!

These headphones come the highly regarded Panasonic stable and they don't disappoint. All our stuffs Panasonic and I bought these for my wife to use when I go to sleep. She sits up in bed watching all sorts until all hours. Me? I have to go to work! She loves them and there is no bleed over,I simply can't hear a thing . Well worth the money. Would buy again, definitely.

Panasonic wireless headphones

Ordered these headphones by click and collect which is a fabulous service. They are well made, nice and light and a good price compared to some other makes. I do prefer Panasonic though. They worked perfectly with a friends to tv but unfortunately not compatible with mine so sadly had to return them. That's the only reason. Got a full refund at the shop straight away.

A vast improvement on earlier models

This was bought as a replacement for an earlier set of Panasonic Wireless Headphones - we had enjoyed several years usage though the quality of sound was, at times, poor. The quality of sound with new Headphones is a vast improvement: this does not vary when you not in the room even with solid walls between you and the base unit. Looking forward to many years usage.
