The HMR10/HCK10 Successor is worth the wait
Having owned the AG HMR10 / AG UCK10 combo for years and using it for a variety of jobs I never expected a successor would finally come after as this is probably a niche system. Seems to be nice but hard to use without spending more $$$
I purchased two of these heads to use with the 2 UMR-20s I also bought. The ability to shoot in 4K will come in handy in the next couple years. I figured when I bought it that I would be able to test it right out of the box. Nope!!! To do so, you have to spend either $330 for a 10 foot cable or $600 for a 65 foot cable. Would it have killed Panasonic to include a 3-5 foot cable to make sure the dang thing works? As of right now, I can't recommend the product without telling the other person they're going to need to spend at least $3000 more in order to see and record what they want to film.
