We purchased this after having 2 faulty sound bars. When the sound is set up to our liking it sounds great but you have to put the sound in cinema setting to get it loud enough at times. The speakers are exposed which could be tempting to push on for little fingers. The wireless sub is great and the bass sounds fab.

Bit tricky to set up and sound sometimes unsynchs
It was not very clear in instructions how to synchronize the wireless sub speaker with the sound bar but after doing a Youtube search realized to press and hold the button on the back of the speaker until it flashes. Also, whilst watching a movie, the sound bar and the visual became slightly out of synch with each other, but pressing the sound type button from Cinema to ASC and back to Cinema again seemed to re-synch itl.

LG Soundbar
Excellent quality right through the sound range from the deep bass noise to the smallest back ground sounds. With the added advantage of surround sound effect without the extra speakers. Very simple to set up and link to the TV.

LG sound bar
We are pleased with the sound bar, it was easy to set up but we had to boy an optical lead; not sure why one isn't supplied.

Plug and play with the Bluetooth from the LG TV,
Worked straight out of the box, however there was the slightest lipsync issue when watching the TV so opted for an optical cable. Once that was received absolutely spot on, fantastic sound especially on Cinema setting and a definite improvement over the TV Internal Speakers. Previously had 5.1 surround speakers wired all round the room, but no need for those with this soundbar.

Does not have any simple means to hang on wall

Good product and great sound
This is my first purchase of a sounbar and as I have LG tv and bluray player I opted for this one. It is a great addition to my tv and bluray player and sound is excellent and I washable to get rid of all wired speakers I had around the room. The only one thing that prevented me giving it 5 stars was that it does not tell you that you need optical cable for set up so I had to go back the following day to purchase one. They should make it clear at time of purchase.

Great sound
OK, so I wanted a sound bar to boost the sound on my LG 49" TV, but I didn't want to spend a fortune, but I did want decent sound ..... who doesn't? For the price this is amazing ... sound is VERY punchy and bass orientated when needed .... the 300w DEFINITELY makes the difference and can see that possibly 100w systems let themselves down. Personally wouldn't hesitate on recommending.

LG sound bar
Purchased this. If you haven't got Bluetooth on your tv then you HAVE to purchase the optical cable. It does NOT have an HDMI cable connection. Sound isn't brilliant on normal TV but may be better on films. Would I buy it again? No I'd just stick with the TVs internal speakers.

Nice piece of kit.... but
Its advertised as wall mountable. When you look at the back of the bar, there is no obvious fittings to mount it against a wall. I contact LG and its not actually wall mountable so its going back. the sounds is good in cinema mode, bass is nice but the sound does cut in and out when watching some tv programmes due to its sound control malarky.

Looks great & easy to use
The soundbar is easy to set up and use including a remote. Clear instructions are provided to use woth either your tv set (separate cable needed available from Agros) or your bluetooth device. This was the perfect 16th birthday present for my daughter who loves music & movies.

Excellent sound bar
Easy setup looks good and the sound is brilliant especially the woofer when watching films, some people might want more sound options as it only has 2 standard and cinema but this is not a problem for us. It definitely has improved the sound quality and some programme that we have not watched due to poor sound quality we now can. If you want a easy to setup with great sound this is worth your money.
