Mostly positive but......
Very good tele just a couple of things I am not pleased with. Firstly, we use this TV in the bedroom and use a Sky magic eye. Not being a technical whiz kid it took me ages to be able to tune in the sky box for our viewing as the set does not have any analogue channels. Secondly, just a minor thing, I like to read the news home, abroad and local using the BBC Ceefax. I now find that the whole screen is covered blocking out the picture unlike the older version where you could have half and half.

Clear, crisp picture
Gifted this to my son and he was very impressed with it. The picture quality is exceptional and it looks smart.

Looks good, reasonable price for new model, excellent picture quality, sound is fine as only have small house, a little long winded to set up but easy to do, only time will tell for reliability.

TV looks good, difficulty setting it up
Very early days yet, but so far very satisfied with this TV. The difficulty setting it up was mine and not the fault of the TV. Had to pay someone to come and fix it all up to my BT box and DVD player.I did try to do it myself, but failed and was afraid to mess it up completely

Amazing TV, best I’ve had so far!
I bought this because I was moving home, it’s really easy to set up and connect to WiFi etc. It’s lightweight which was really useful and easy to mount on my wall on my own. The picture is amazing and the settings to change the picture mode makes a huge difference to what you’re using it for and each setting makes the experience so much better! I have no complaints with the sound at all and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great TV
Purchased this TV after returning a Panasonic due to difficult connections. This LG was easy to connect to all my devices and has a great picture and sound. Contrary to one review you can alter any of the preset picture options via sub menu, you just have to search for it. A good manual is what is needed, even if it is online

Great TV
My first new TV in ten years, how things have moved on! Once the TV was placed on its stand it took about 15min to get everything connected, think it might have been quicker to connect with the Magic remote(not available in any store near me) Good picture and sound.

Smart tv
There was no manual to read,it was difficult to set up,we ask our son to help us (this is a first) once set up we still had problems ,remote control,again if we had a manual booklet we would have been able to do it ,not good having to go online for the manual !!!! had this TV for 3 weeks now and still getting used to it. We had 2 Toshiba for 4 years each which packed up was only 4years old ,the one before that lasted 32 years,guess they don't make them like they used to.

Brilliant
Excellent purchase, set was simple to understand and connection was easy. from unpacking to full use was approx half an hour, fiddling around to get to know and linking Virgin media was another 20 mins........make a mistake or press the wrong button and you go back to the start.............a bit frustrating but a great way to get to know the system. Once set up.......just press the button and watch.....beautiful colours and well balanced sound......all in all more than pleased with my purchase

A Good Tv.Only 3 HDMI points.Picture is Nice and Clear.Sound is OK,But I have mine connected to a sound base.Set up easy.9/10 from me.

Fantastic upgrade from my 10 year old tv
I'm not the most technically minded person but from all the research I've done and from my own personal experience watching the television and operating it this is a fantastic television. I mostly use it for playing video games and watching streaming services and I highly recommend it.

Great TV.
Great smart TV with really clear picture,lots of connectivity,and very easy set up. It comes on within seconds of switching the button on,and it has lots of apps .It looks really nice and slim too. The only real negatives are that there is no headphone socket,and like most other tvs the sound comes from underneath and more goes out the back than out the front.We have solved this by using a sound bar.Overall I am very pleased with it.

an Excellent tv
At first I was a bit skeptical as I’m a Samsung guy. But surprisingly this tv is very decent, picture and sound quality is great value for money and to top it off with a decent design. I would recommend anyone to buy this tv.

2nd time lucky
I originally bought the predecessor model which stopped connecting to WiFi after 10 days so I exchanged to this. It is a better design to assemble. I love the the easy access menu and the picture quality is great. A few people have said it needs a sound bar but the sound quality is really good and has different settings. Love it!

Good picture, good features
Excellent OS built in for navigation, smart apps work well Sound can be a tad echo like at times but not to the point that it causes issue Turn trumotion off as soon as you buy.
