I purchased this JAM heavy metal speaker to replace my lovely Sony one which I gave away. The description sounded good and I was expecting quite 'heavy' sound but that's not the case. The speaker is fine to listen to spoken words but personally, I like to 'feel' the bass in my music! For that reason, I wouldn't recommend the JAM for listening to music.

Price jumped whilst over clicking to preview??
Good Bass, loud for home use, not party. No Equalizer so mp3 downloaded must sound good and loud on phone App. Try several Apps. Good battery playtime. Too simple to use that you first worry. Like air fares; the price shockingly jumped up by £40 overnight, bcos I overclicked/viewed! Staff was unhelpful and was trying to make me pay a NEW higher price, even though he could see my booked price. This was VERY VERY UPSETTING!!! ARGOS!!..PLS, BOOKED PRICES SHOULD BE FIXED!

Happy with my purchase
It is difficult to choose a sound system based purely on description and reviews. This speaker is really easy to use and can compete with the best of them regarding the sound. This was a Christmas present for my son and he was as pleased as I was at the quality and ease to set it up.

This is quite adequate for listening to average music in a medium sized living room. The connectivity is just a bit finicky but overall I'm happy with it

Good mid tier speaker
The speaker is amazing, the duel passive radiaters do an amazing job at resonating bass. If it never had them it would sound cheap and tacky. The two 10watt speakers create really good lows great minds and highs. I do also think at times there is not enough bass but for the price it's still amazing. Its better than the jbl flip 4 in my personal opinion. Positive: Great sound, Metal body, easy setup, 3.5mm aux Neg: Bass volume stops at 75%vol This speaker blew my mind will it yours?

Solid sound from a solid box
As soon as you take it out of the box you can tell it’s worth the money, feels very solid and heavy.. turn it on and it goes straight into ‘pair mode’ so no fiddling about with trying to work out how to pair it. I use it with an iPhone and found it easily in the Bluetooth menu. Once connected and playing, the sound is very impressive from a box this small. Nice, clear and room filling plus the bass is quite hefty too. All in all, well worth the money
