Fantastic USB 3.0 switch
Need 4x4 with USB 3.0 and Type-A and Type-B connectors. This is it. Switch 4 peripherals between 4 computers. Has light weight, small switch with long, small cable, that extends away from switch that you can put way back, away from operating area. You just need to see LED light to discover what computer switch is fixed upon. Push button to change computer. Well built, coming with 4 cables of good length for computers (having Type-A and Type-B connectors. Another nice piece of gear from a company that makes good products.

Very useful USB switch.
I used this to connect a desktop & laptop with a shared monitor and a headless NUC so that I could share the USB devices across each unit. This product made it simple. The remote switch also makes it convenient to hide the switch and eliminate clutter on the desk. Only drawback I found is that my desktop would not boot; that was a problem with the bios of the PC though.

A reasonable product
Pros: The unit does what it advertises well. Ability to add four USB periphs can be valuable. Cons: Expensive. Lag time between switches is mildly frustrating but perhaps inevitable.

Works great and was easy to setup!
We just purchased a new laptop to replace a desktop that is on its last legs. I wanted a device that would let me share all our USB devices: Keyboard, Mouse, and scanner. The IOGEAR USB 3.0 Peripheral Sharing Switch fulfills the job flawlessly.
