Decent Soundbar

Decent soundbar. Good quality sound. Worth the money. It’s the cheapest in Argos - that’s why i bought it. Visitors to our home are impressed with it. Sound is quite one-directional and gets a bit blocky at high volume.

All in one sound bar great with my TV.

Got the All in one sound bar because my mum and dad find it hard to hear the TV and all ways had the TV on very loud. Now you go in and they have it on a level where everyone can talk instead of shouting to be hard over the TV.

No bass

Pros Cheap, easy to set-up and good treble. Cons No bass at all. Music sounds tinny because of it. You can't adjust it either. Conclusion It was worse than the speakers in my TV. I can't recommend it. Spend a bit more :)

Not enough sound

I assumed the sound bar would produce sound more than the TV, disappointed and returned. Tried different sound input but the result remained more or less the same.Bluetooth connection would not work either. Please don’t buy.

Good Value

Very pleased with this soundbar. Simple to set up and use even for a 67 year old grandmother! Has improved the sound from my kitchen tv so much and also easy to connect iPad via Bluetooth. Extremely good value. Happy customer.

Has improved TV sound

Not as good as the Sharp it replaced but it was about half the price of that one. Although the sound is not fantastic, it is a great improvement on the TV sound - much stronger tone and I can now hear what people are saying.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Not over priced at all. I did think for how cheap it was that the quality wasn't going to be good but I was wrong. The sound is clear, easy to set up too. Love playing music through it.

This product is really basic

Bought this to go with the Hitachi tv both found both were a total waste of money. they were on offer and they both look cheap. the sound bar just decides to turn its self off. the sound quality is poor. I would not recommend.

Good product for the price

This sound bar has enabled me to keep the TV that I have which had developed a problem with the sound quality which had become distorted. I can now hear the sound without any distortion saving me in having to replace my TV

Amazing

I am 100% happy and impressed with this item the sound quality is amazing from the aux, digital optical, Bluetooth. This product is defintly worth getting. And the price is very good for the amazing quality you get from it.

Pleasantly surprised

At first I was sceptical about this purchase as I couldn't change the frequencies but the present is perfect. The sound quality is great. I've been using the optical cable so no experience can be offered on the other modes.

Hitachi Soundbar

Looked at other more expensive but decided on this for cost and output. It is easy to set up but you need to put it on a wall if using the optical audio cable as it shows below the bar so you can't put it on a flat surface.

Looks Great

Has a good design and looks great with tv. Sound quality is briliant and makes a good difference to sound from normal tv. Only problem is each time I want to use it through my phone I have to re-connect to the bluetooth.

A 100 percent improvement on sound I fail to understand why in this modern technology age one has to buy a sound bar to improve the quality of a new television could it be to extract a little more of my hard earned cash?

excellent item has excellent sound

I absolutely love my item, I enjoy watching movies on my TV, which I also bought from Argos, the sound bar completes my cinema effects. I would definitely recommend this item to a friend, the prices are also amazing!!!!

Excellent value for the money,looks nice and sounds very good,the only dissapointment is that you have to use it through the headphone socket which cuts the tv speakers off,other than that i am well pleased with mine :)

Good sound as sound on set average,i would say the only thing wrong with this is the case design hitachi designed this for their own tv,s but does fit others it's a shame it will not fit flush when set is on a stand!!!!

Great value

This sound bar is well made with a good sound quality, connection to Bluetooth is easy. The LED status indicator is a little intrusive when watching TV as it is very bright, but other than that excellent value for money

Nice soundbar

Overall for the price the Hitachi 120W Sound Bar with Bluetooth is good value. Bought it to replace a defective Philips model. Positives easy plug and play design, simple controls. Negatives no bass or treble control.

cheap soundbar you get what you pay for...

Soundbar purchased to improve the sound from LG tv. The soundbar was fairly cheap but, as the saying goes " you get what you pay for." Its very basic with very few controls. It is marginally better than the tv speaker.

Does what it says on the tin!

We bought this budget speaker to use with our daughters electric drum kit. The sound is excellent for what we wanted, easy set up and looks pretty good. For the money and what we use it for its spot on. Would recommend

Happy with sound bar

This is the second sound bar I have brought.. the first was a bush which keep on turning itself off which I was very disappointed with. Luckily I had it insured . I have had no problems with this one . Happy customer.

for the price this soundbar is very good

I purchased this soundbar to boost the sound from the tv that I had just purchased which only had 6w of speakers, this soundbar does the job for the money, but would recommend to spend a little extra for a better sound
