Decent quality for a reasonable price
I decided it was time to upgrade to a headset but my budget was limited and after scouring the vast amount of headsets available in Argos reading multiple reviews I decided to take a chance on the Turtle Beach Recon 70P. Overall a nice starter headset for those on a budget, sound quality is good, has a volume control on the headset and are evencomfortable when worn for a considerable amount of time. My only fault is there is not mic mute option.

Works great, might need positioning right
Works perfectly out of box, sound quality great. Has a volume control behind left earpiece which is handy. I find lead (1m) a little short for my liking. It also took a while to find the most comfortable position - when I first used it my ears were hurting but then i realised not to fit my ears inside the padded space but to position the pads OVER my ears. Now very comfortable even after long periods. Not tested the microphone yet.

Does a good job
Great headset I bought to use at work for listening to my own music but to also it for Skype calls and it works really well. I basically just plug it into my laptop and it works - no need to install anything! I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and have had no issues so far. It’s big and bulky though so if you’re looking for something more refined in terms of design, this one is probably not for you.

headset looks very nice and sounds amazing
The headset is very good and comfortable, however the sound when in parties when talking to people; it is not that loud and you still have to really speak up and turn the mic all the way up to its highest sensor to be able to listen to people clearly. But very good apart from that as easy to talk too people and makes you feel like you are in the game when on all audio mode.

Worth every penny!
A fantastic pair of headphones and fantastic low price! Bought for the new COD Modern Warefare. Great sound for both in game and mic chat! Can hear both very clearly and my friends can hear me very clearly. I really like the fact you can swipe the microphone up to mute it. Easy set up, just plug the aux chord into your controller and away you go. Would 100% recommend!

Great budget headset
I love Turtle beach headsets and for the price you really can't go wrong with this one, it's light, comfortable and has a decent sound. Has a standard earphone jack (so will work with your mp3 player ) and a volume control on the back of the left earphone. If you can't afford one of the more expensive headsets you could do a lot worse than this!

Confused
So when I first used it, it kept echoing and I didn’t know why and was going to return it but some reason it stoped I don’t like how you have to mute and unmute it as it makes a lot of effort and still for some reason makes some noise when it’s muted. But the sound is great and comfortable compare to my other turtle beach headset

Fantastic headset
My son previously had a really expensive set of gaming headphones over £100. They’ve lasted 7 months and now only work in one ear & microphone is intermittent. I Brought these in hope they were ok. He said they’re really comfy, sound is great and he’s very happy with them. So a very good person ages highly recommended!

Nice headphones
These headphones look good and are comfortable. They have more padding on the earpieces. They were bought to replace an older pair of turtle beach headphones and are better. They are a good value purchase for those who don't want to spend loads on headphones for kids who will probably throw them around!

Headphones work well
I bought these for my son for Christmas as his brother already has them and likes them. He's very happy with them and likes how the microphone can be turned down to talk or up to mute and be out of the way when not needed. He finds them comfortable to wear and has no complaints. I would buy again.

Comfy, affordable headset
A great gaming headset for a very reasonable price. Connectivity is excellent, working instantly with my PS4. Quite a snug fit for someone with a big head (like myself), but comfort is good overall. Sound quality is not quite as high as other more expensive options, but that's to be expected!

My son loves these headphones
I got these for my son after his other ones broke. He’s really pleased with them and say they are the best pair he has had. Extremely comfortable with great sound. Even better that they were on offer when I bought them. Will definitely buy these particular ones again.

This headset really drains out background noises
For Gameplay, I highly recommend this headset. It drains out other sounds through the ear muffs allowing maximum focus to the game your playing. Static sound is minimal and the design allows a comfy grip to your ears unlike other headsets that can may cause irritation.

Good sound, fair price
Bought for my daughter, she loves them and says they're really comfortable, sound quality is great. The only thing I'm wary of is that the microphone arm is plastic and I wonder how long it will last before it gets broken. Its lasted a few weeks so far!

My headset looks great and sounds even better.
The design of the headset is absolutely beautiful and smooth. The sound is beautiful and static is a thing of the past. The connectivity is instant and creates no problems. Overall a great product , definitely worth every penny. 9/10

Comfortable and well designed
A good headset for a PS4. My son 's previous headset broke and we purchased these. They look great (the white looks better) and the sound is fantastic. He has used them non stop and appear to keep the sound in as he cannot hear me!

Very good headphones
Very good headphones for the price you pay sound quality on them are pretty good and are very comfortable as you can adjust size of them. Would definitely recommend to any one who doesn't have 100s of pounds to spend on headphones

Great sound quality and you can turn the mic off by folding it all the way back and the volume control is on the left side along with the mic! The headphones are comfy to wear and lightweight the colour is vibrant and fashionable!

The headset for the price is amazing.
The headset for its price is second to none, however, the one and only issue I find is that the microphone isn’t long enough and should of been designed and made longer to reach your mouth instead of having to raise your voice.

Headphones are comfy but the mic is to short
The headphones are really good and comfortable clear sound and connection but in my opinion I prefer the microphone to be longer so I can adjust how far it is away from me so I can change how loud my voice sounds without shouting

Good headset but not great for PS4
Good comfortable headset, well priced but doesn't work well with PS4. Mic function doesn't work well on PS4 and often others can't hear you. Would not recommend for PS4, maybe good for other devices. Good for using with tablet.
