Great headset
After previously owning one of the £30 range of Turtle Beaches, this was a major step up. Sound quality is brilliant, highly aided by the amp, which although can weigh your cable down, you stop noticing after 10 mins. Bass boost works great, & surround sound. I did have an issue when I first got it though, when playing on Xbox One people on the other end would hear themselves echoing through my mic -this issue was caused by Xbox software, go to settings, sound - chat mixer - set to “do nothing”

Not recommended for PC
While I adore the design of Turtle Beach's PX24 (like the PX22 before it) and how comfortable it is to wear, I cannot recommend this headset for PC use. Its cables are too short to use properly with a PC. And though this can be fixed, a greater, unfixable issue is present: the electronics are poorly shielded. When using this with a PC, this results in an unavoidable hum / static in the headset and when using the microphone. Consoles aren't likely to experience this, but for PCs steer clear.

Great budget headset for PS4
I bought this headset for PS$, mainly for online competitive shooter. The sound quality is great on it's own but is even better with the included amp. It has six controllable settings which are easily changed. The virtual surround sound is impressive and can help determining direction of footsteps and gunfire on FPS. The superhuman hearing setting works great for online competitive FPS games, but can make the sound a bit more tinny so would recommend only using this if playing online.

Mic needs a separate connection
I bought this set of headphones from Argos after reading some reviews on the net , The set has good sound and a built in sound controller which also works the mic on and off , The first problem is that the set Does not come with the splitter cable you need to work the mic on a pc , The cable must be purchased to get the mic to work , No suppliers of this in the uk / I bought a cheaper make and the mic still does not work , Got refund as argos does not state that a secondary cable is needed .

Turtle beach tx24
The supersonic hearing is not very good, it's basically just loud white noise that's irritating. The voice function is good as you can adjust it to hear yourself in the headphones which stops you talking loudly and irritating people who are watching the tv. The other functions didn't really have much affect. The box with the controls gets in the way while your playing so I've taken it off. Kind of pointless paying the extra money when you don't use it. The basic headphones and mic are good.

Beware! This item in not the px24 headphones
Item advertised is not what you will receive, it’s a cheaper set of headphones! Although picture on website and catalogue is the px24 model of turtle beach headphones this is not what the item number is. It is headphones but not this model! Bought these for my sons bday in good faith as he specifically asked for the px24 model.. to say he was disappointed was an understatement! Argos store realised the item had been miscoded on the website and were unable to get me the Px24’s

Comfort after long gaming sessions the drivers do start to press and the clamping force starts to get a bit much.Sound change functions on the mixer different sound modes also a super human function.When it comes to PS4 headsets is how you connect up the headset I prefer to connect up with a USB plug togo in PS4 but with this headset it can only connect by plugging the 3.5mm jack to the controller.Felexible headset I am confident that this headset will last a very long time.

Great Sound!
Bought these headphones to use for gaming on my Xbox One, was not dissapointed! Sound is fantastic, And thanks to the sound controller gadget you can customize a varity of sound to suit your gaming preference, The SuperHuman sound setting is good for multiplayer shooter games as you can hear footsteps and guns cocking louder. Very comfortable to wear too. All in all a great set of headphones, definatly recommend!

Turtle Beach PX24
I returned the first pair as they didn't work straight from the box! The second pair lasted 2 days before they broke. The design is very poor specifically the "amp" dangles at the bottom of wire between the headset and the controller. This pulls at the wire and caused the second headset to break. The mic stopped working and was replaced with a rustling noise. Do not waste your money.

Best Headset for the price
Couldn't fault this headset. Only downside is having to charge the amp extension. However, I have learnt to only use this when a situation arises ingame. Sound quality is excellent, can pick up precise locations of enemies through footsteps and other movements. Very comfortable and lightweight. Picks up my voice crystal clear. Would highly recommend at this price.

PC Gaming headphones
These replace my turtle beach px22 which had a very long lead. This has a very short lead! These require a splitter for the head phone / mic connection if you PC has separate ports for these. Tried to buy one from manufacture but had to go to fleabay instead. They are reasonably light and fit well blocking out quite a lot of background noise.

Good and bad
Well disappointed great looking and comfortable fit . But can't get voice to work . Also no Jack plug splitter not supplied . The in line control is confusing and text on it small . They should make clear what it's functions are and you sholdnt av to buy add ons to connect it to pc . stick to usb if that's the case

Ideal Headset for gaming
Sadly the jack connectin broke off in my son's Xbox one hand controller so ha to return for a new set. The 2nd pair haven't been used in the same way and so far so good I've only marked everything as "average" as I'm not the one using the headset :) My son however will probably say different and that they are "wicked"!

Headset review disappointed
Good but the headset does not come with the audio splitter adapter to connect to a PC to use the mic and needs the right controller or separate connector to use with the Xbox one. I had to purchase both seperately online so cost me more. Disappointed, never had to buy any cable seperately for a headset before.

Good all round headset
Sound is good, comfortable headset amplifier is also very good being able to hear yourself speak so you don't shout when chatting, suround sound does the job. One thing I would of liked to seen is a clip on the back of the amp as it slips off say your legs as you play sometimes but it's not a big negative.

Great product, just what my son wanted.
Perfect product to use with my sons xbox and his gaming pc. He says they are comfortable to wear and the sound is good. So very happy with this purchase. As usual the Argos reserve and collect service was fast and straight forward. I love this way of shopping as a busy working mum.

Great headset
Brought this for fortnite and it’s incredible. I agree the headset is a little on the cheap side and you’re really paying for the mini amp but if you look after it you won’t get any issues!! Would definitely recommend to a friend. In fact I did and they brought one!

Brilliant
Brilliant. Bought for my step son for his birthday and he's over the moon. He's had a few different head sets and he loves these. He says there brilliant! Sound is great and are very comfy. He loves the mixer with them and the charge on it lasts ages each charge

The reviews for these online say they have great all round sound that's a under statement they really are great quality but the sound is amazing with the variable bass boost and the super human hearing button my Xbox one has never sounded so good

Great headphones
Great headphones, sound quality is great especially when playing games like pubg and call of duty, having the super hearing function let's you hear things better. I would recommend these to any of my friends as a good starter headset.

I bought this headset as my old one broke I was a little stuck for choice but one of my friends has the same model so he recommended me to buy it. It's the best headset hands down I've ever had so I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

1st Class Gaming headset
Really pleased with the quality from this headset. For those who wish to use it for pc, you will need to purchase a splitter cable, this will allow you to plug one into the mic and other into the headphone sockets on your pc.
