I already have a Sennheiser headphone, but it's been 4 years (also from B&H), and it has gotten loose and some of the black leather-ette has come off (still sounds good), so it was time for another, same great brand. Went back to B&H, not in person, but this time online using the app. Received package to my p.o. box. Sound is great as expected, stereo prevalent, seems almost noise-canceling. Happy with these aspects. The vinyl seems better than last time, and I hope it won't tear as I do wear glasses and the frames do push onto the earpiece. A bit snug, but will get use to it, will loosen up in time. Can always move each side/ear up or down for comfort. Spent enough for what it is, could spend twice, but this is enough. Only problems: cord/cable too short, about 3', when I need about 10' for watching TV. Had to purchase a separate cable for about $7, later and elsewhere, which added about another 6'. Had I known, would have ordered cable at same time as initial order. I have no idea why they made this so short. Last time, cord was about 10' without having to add to the cost, plus it was only about $40 then, not $50. Also, for some unknown reason, they made the jack at a right angle, when it's usually straight. As long as it worked with the added cable, I guess it's okay. I would recommend this headphone. I feel you can't go wrong with Sennheiser. ... More

I bought these mistakenly thinking they were wireless, but having realised my mistake, I sat and did some research before returning them, and decided to keep them as so many people said they were good....and they are! They're very comfortable, the sound quality is excellent, they're light, and they fold up for easier storage. They're basic (you just plug in and listen), but to be honest, that's all you need. I'm hearing notes and sfx that I didn't realise were there before!

Very Nice Sounding Headphones and great value and Sound Quality for price. The only thing I would say is they are Closed Back Headphones so can feel like a bit stuffy if you keep them on for long periods of time like for hours but should be ok under normal conditions

These headphones are well made, as you would expect from Sennheiser. Sound quality is clear and precise. Some may find the base response not quite strong enough but I found the clarity and balance perfect. They are extremely comfortable to wear with soft cups that completely cover the ear, which also stops of good deal of ambient sound around you. Sound leakage is also minimal. The inside of the top band is also gently padded. They have a clever folding mechanism which reduces their size when not in use. The lead could perhaps have been a bit longer, I had to buy an extension to use them whilst watching TV. I prefer the simplicity of corded headphones, I never seem to get on with Bluetooth, either the headphone batteries expire just when you don't want them to, or they decide to unexpectedly disconnect. ... I needed the headphones for my HiFi set up and from the picture these looked alright, but it turned out that the earpieces are rather small and did not fit around my ears. These are more suitable to listen to music from your phone etc. so unfortunately I had to return them the same day, but the sound quality was very good.

I'm so glad I chose these headphones. The sound produced is high quality and I will admit to hearing notes I've never been aware of before! Just as importantly they feel sturdy and are comfortable to wear. They are definitely the best I have ever had.

I am a professional DJ and bought these recently for use in the club. Sound quality is good and they're very comfortable for extended use and they feel high quality, the materials feel quality so it feels like they will last a long time. The folding design makes them very easy for travel though I do think that Sennheiser should have supplied a 6.3mm jack and a case for them. A good buy though.

Straight out of the box, these headphones were a class act. Great sound, value and perfect for any home listening for music, film and TV.

A great pair of headphones, comfortable to wear and very good sound quality with some weight to bass. Wouldn't be ideal for TV though as the cable is relatively short.

I bought this on a Which? recommendation to use with my iPad. The closed ear pads mean I can listen without annoying the rest of the family. The design is fairly basic, but they are comfortable to wear for long periods and the sound quality is excellent, which is all I need. At the price they are very good value.

Don't be fooled, big ear-pads do not automatically equal audiophile grade earphones. These particular earphones are ok for listening to a Hi-Fi with plenty of EQ to play around with, but fall on their face for everyday Mp3 player use. Sennheiser should have stuck to producing the Px100/Px200 series which were great for Mp3 use, instead of these bigger but cheaper feeling (but not the price) phones.

The headphones are excellent for what I need when using my digital piano. They are comfortable when worn longer than 1 hour, and no leakage of sound. Perfect for what I need

been using these almost daily for a couple of weeks now and have absolutely no complaints. for the price, these are fantastic headphones. I needed something with a cable as I wanted to use them for audio engineering. they feel very well made and i look forward to using them. They don’t have any additional features like in line mic or volume controls or anything but I didn’t really need them anyway. sound quality is great but doesn’t blow your mind, they’re just a very solid pair of middle ground headphones.

Comfortable, affordable, good sound quality and well made headphones. There is no comparison to his old set, far superior. Main use: using it along side bass trainer for his bass guitar. Very happy with gift.

Although these are supposed to be over ear, the pads are small so they function more as on ear. It`s no difference as they are really nice for long sessions of listening and light/portable for having in the bag. I`m a classical music fan so perfect balance for that. Also minimalist design means no silly pause switch on the wire. Great company, quality phones at a good price.

I wanted to treat myself to a little TLC in the lockdown. These Head phones were perfect. i ddn't want anything fancy or expensive. These are just straight up bog standard Head phones. They are comfortable, well made, the sound is clear and the quality is good. Just plug it in and you're good to go. They are robust and can be folded up. I think they're worth the money and would recommend to anyone who's undecided just go for it.

They look good and are comfortable to wear. Bought these for my 12 year old as their last pair lasted days, mainly I suspect because they were cheap. Decided to buy a more expensive pair and 3 weeks later they are still going. Hoping that they last but would say try and purchase the best you can, cheaper is definitely false economy.

These are good headphones for the price. They are comfy and cover your ears properly. They also clamp around the head nicely so sound leakage is minimized. Sound quality is good enough - although have nothing else to compare it to. Good for music and internet viewing.
