Great recording but bad sound and poor design

Was very excited to get this but not satisfied with the outcome. After a couple of tests below is my unbiased feedback. While the recording quality is great, the sound suffers from poor design. Unfortunately, the ear pieces don't stay in the ear at all irrespective of the size of the buds used. This negates the availability of noise cancellation, monitoring and diminishes the sound quality. So cant use for taking calls either. Another design rela... Show Moreted issue is that the lightning connector pin is shorter and thicker than the iPhone usual connector. This means you can only fit this after removing the iPhone case, bummer. So I can only use this for recording, without using my phone case and switch to other headphones to listen to the recordings or music or phone calls. Love the recording quality when I hear the recordings with my other headphones.Show Less
