People can't hear me clearly.

Looks great, sounds great but isn't very comfortable due to weird ear shape and is quite tight on my head (early teen)

Connector snapped
The 3.5mm jack snapped when I tried to connect it to my controller. Poor quality and argos wouldn't give me a refund.
