Great product
Was a little sceptical at first but love it now. Plays music without using my phone battery, creates a shopping list, reminders and timers, looks things up on the internet. The whole family love using it including my 6 year old!

Simple and easy to use.
Got this for my wife at Christmas and she loves it. I am only giving 4 stars because it sometimes doesn’t pick up what we have asked it. Great little gadget for the house.

This is my second google mini home to go with the one I have downstairs in the house. Music all over the place and they can also work together for reminders etc.

Excellent Chromecast 3rd gen
The Chromecast is easy to add to your home WiFi network. It has lots of functions, and the list is growing all the time. We use it to play music, answer questions via Google Assistant, turn the lights on and off via integration with Philips Hue lights.

Bought as gift for non techie husband. Set up by son, mid 30s, who had a few minor problems. Think it needs patience,. Works within limits. Download an app to begin, gives basic interaction. Answers questions, plays limited choice of music via Spotify. Good to try out early AI device cheaply.

An excellent addition to any home.
An excellent addition to any home. Quick and easy to set up. Connects wireless to your router at home and comes with mains power lead. Just say "ok google" and ask google what ever you want...can also stream radio live through an excellent speaker and play music via different apps.

Great for controlling your smart home
We have a few of these dotted around the house and they are great for controlling smart lighting etc. You can also create a group of speakers so that they all play music at the same time, which is pretty nifty. You need to spend some time setting them up fully to get the most out of them, especially routines and bespoke commands.

Love the Google assistant experience
Was looking for one of these, digital assistance and speaker, checked reviews and videos on Alexa, Google Home both mini and big ones. Finally, decided on Google Home Mini and happy with the choice. If anyone has google account this is good, it is small but powerful. The speaker quality is also much great for the small size of this speaker. I am impressed with the AI capabilities of Google and very responsive to voice commands even from other room. Recommend!

took a while to set it up and had to keep going back to the app of it couldn't do something we wanted, like play the radio. got it up and running in the end.

A lot more tech for the money than assumed,
Clever pricing. I can imagine this being a very popular stocking filler. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Although I got a young un to set it up. I wanted to buy a present for a friend who wanted a kitchen radio and this does that voice activated and so much more. Dead pleased so far.Needs to be connected to mains all the time but don’t let that put you off.

Fab little gadget
Bought two of these as gifts and ended up getting myself one. This little gadget is so much fun and had literally all of the family ranging in ages from 12-60 asking google questions and playing games. Easy to use, easy to install and has a classy look to it too.

Took a while to get used to
This product came as part of a package with a Chromecast so hadn't set out to but it. Got working straight away but takes a while for it to get used to your voice. Haven't used it to it's full potebtial, but use it as a verbal Wikipedia.

Google in a speaker! What else...
Simple to set up with android app (imagine theres a ios app too) and we love it. Connect it to a Chromecast and its amazing being able to say "hey Google play xxxx movie from Netflix on TV" (subscription required) and having it play. Kids like saying 'hey Google. What's the time" lol Smart sockets next and get them voice controlled via the Google home. :)

first time i have used anything like this and was surprised at the sound quality for music ,. found it useful for asking google question and setting reminders . still not used it to its full potential will need to keep learning as i.m no youngster lol

Great little device
This is an excellent little device which sits in our living room and answers lots of questions! I particularly like how it can control our Chromecast. We also use it to tell the time and as a timer. I am sure there are lots of other things we could do. I will be ordering one for upstairs!

Had to have one more
I have a Google home mini in the front room always helpful when someone goes what film was he in , or finding out answers to tv quiz. Now I have a new one in my bedroom to control my smart light and plugs and to send me of to sleep and of course to wake me up in the morning
