Amazing tool. Incredible results. Not a toy so if you are thinking of buying this for fun, save your money and buy a really cool recreational drone. This really is more for film makers.

Not happy with DJI at all. Problems with always needing to update the app. when you get to a different location, other than your home. You drive 50 miles for nothing to find out that you need to update to the latest app. then you drive back home another 50 miles, turn on the drone in your driveway and BAM!!! drone takes off and works great. This is a quality machine which starts from the packaging to the actual Drone itself. They are so many advanced features in the Mavic that makes it fun the advanced flyer to making a novice look advanced! This is the Drone to buy... and the fly more package is a great deal!

Winner-Winner Chicken Dinner !
I only have an hour or so of flight time but I am having a blast with the Mavic Pro. Currently using an iPad Air2 with the controller and its smooth sailing or flying that is. I was astonished at how easy it was to unbox - setup - and start flying. B&H was honest and accurate with the shipping and delivery timeline I ordered it on Thursday and was holding it on Tuesday w/standard shipping. Thanks a million B&H & DJI -

Be careful, it's a gateway drug
This is the first drone I have owned and first I have flown. Likely you share a similar I wish I could fly feeling, many of us grew up looking at heroes like Superman who could and it built that desire in us. Outstanding Feature Packed Drone
I've had a Parrot AR-2 drone for a number of years now. It's been an enjoyable drone to fly but somewhat limited in range and video quality. Portability and Image Quality in One!!!
I previously owned the Phantom 3 Pro and I'm glad I upgraded to this. It is way more responsive. The obstacle avoidance is clutch. The image quality is on par just slightly different with the tighter viewing angle, which I like. The portability is the biggest factor. I was able to carry this on my body on a video vest and take it everywhere on a shoot. With my Phantom I had to have another backpack. This drone changes the way I approach a shoot. Love it!

Tiny workhorse
The best drone yet. I have owned them all - including bigger more expensive ones. I LOVE this one. Solid video - super stable gimbal and the tiniest footprint. Also - flight times are great 25 minutes in high winds. Love the controller. Cons: DJI support is the worst. Have not needed yet. Controller battery is a little weak. It will be low if you run through 3 batteries on drone. I would like to see it last longer. Pros: Better in every category than all phantoms I have owned. Better than inspire. Tiny tiny - did I mention how much I love that it is tiny....

Love my Mavic Pro. Great service from B&H
So far I love the Mavic! Got it hung in a tree and it fell down. Still works fine with a little adjustment (reseating the gimbal behind the dogs). B&H as usual provided great customer service!

Great Drone!
The drone and the fly more combo is great. The bag is useless. The zipper pull broke on its first tug. The buid quality of the drone is good. Flying the drone is quite intuitive and fun. The picture quality is very good.

I have owned multiple drones and the Mavic Pro is an amazing drone in many ways and not so amazing in others. The main positive is the size of the drone. Also, the drone is super easy to fly and has very good GPS signal. The DJI app used to fly the drone on your smartphone is quite temperamental. So far so good... but don't get the combo kit
I've had the Mavic Pro for couple of weeks and learning all the various capabilities it has. It's undoubtedly quality engineered and built. I look forward to getting some great footages. Couple of thoughts so far. 1. Don't get the combo kit. It's not that great of a deal. The included case is too small. Dji Mav is the bomb!!!
The Djiav Mav Pro drone is out of this world awesome! Its easy to fly and shoots great video in all the needed formats for pro level. The clarity and cinematic shots are impressive and it brings out the child in you never wanting to put it away. Its perfect for on the go action. So far every epic captured shot has turned out fantastic! This drone is a definite buy and i cannot wait to use it on my next wedding film. I love how mobile it is too. Plus, the safe mode flying is perfect at anytime but specifically in windy conditions. You can't even see it shaking on the video.

I have been going back and forth on buying a drone for 2 years. After watching MANY You Tube videos I finally made the plunge!! I bought the Combo from B&H. I got it the next day, put it together and flew it---IT IS SPECTACULAR! The little camera is excellent, it is so easy to fly and a ball. DJI has also done a great job with on line support. I would not buy again
If you can get this thing to connect to itself its a great drone. I've spent more time waiting for the RC to connect to the drone and updating them with my computer than I have flying it. Half the time I head out I don't get it in the air because it won't connect. I would look somewhere else until they figure out how the RC and connect to the drone consistently.

Great small drone
This is quite the flying machine. Very easy to fly. Small but filled with features. The small size is great and provides for much easier use if traveling. The Mavic is extremely stable in flight even with gusty winds. The camera video is rock solid. I would give 5 stars but........... Documentation sucks. Portable and powerful
I use the mavic pro for work on my farm. I use it for crop stress detection and irrigation uniformity. I previously had a phantom 3 advance which worked great but I didn't like that in a case it took up allot of space in my back seat. Then comes the portability of the mavic. It's fantastic and flys well. Can't believe all that in a small package.

Great machine great B&H company!!!
I own a Phantom 3 advanced and love it. So i thought i would give the mavic a go. The setup was really easy but i did have some problems with my note 4 it drains the battery and constantly crashes so i now use nexus 7 tablet. The machine runs great but it is not as forgiving as the p3. It is small fast and easy to transport. Just make sure you have a tablet that can fit into the control 7 inch is fine. The range is about the same as my p3. The stability is a little better on the mavic. But what is making me keep it above all else is the 4k picture quality! It is excellent! Well enjoy

Too advanced
Unlike their previous versions, this one is so technology advanced that it restricts flight all over the place due to NFZ. It is unfortunate since their are many so called NFZ that are not really NFZ and shouldn't require any special permissions! Disappointing!

Perfect for Travel, Great for Beginners
Amazing entry into the drone world. With this DJI Mavic Pro, you can get up and running shooting drone footage in just a few minutes, with no experience. In beginner mode, it is designed to help you learn to fly. Obstacle avoidance is great and the drone is simple to set up and navigate. The best thing about this drone is its small size and form factor. I needed something I could fly with and take to far away places without having issues at TSA. Remember to get extra batteries..one only lasts for about 15 minutes of continuous flight time.
