Very nice monitor
For light photo work and every day use, this is a great monitor. Colors are good, image is sharp, construction is solid and stand is adjustable. Never having an adjustable stand before, I find that I really like the height adjustment. Could include a port display cable. B&H service was excellent and delivery was fast.

Great for the price you paid
I'm a fashion photographer, and I am using this monitor as an external screen for my macbook pro. Use it mainly for retouching, where color is the most important thing. The product comes in 2 pieces (the monitor itself and the stand), assembly is super easy, just one click and you are done. Exactly as expected
Bought this monitor for SRGB photo work and light gaming. A 1920X1200 monitor with only slight backlight bleed, no bright lights eminating from around the corners. Calibrated with Datacolor Spyder4Express. Standard preset not to far off from calibration but definitly a visible improvement. Calibrated to 98% of SRGB and 77% of RGB. Using with Radeon 6750 card with Displayport.

I got exactly what I wanted
I bought two of these based on the reviews. Out of the box the picture is a bit on the blue side and was quickly fixed by calibrating it with a Datacolor Syder 4 express. I use Lightroom 3 with these monitors and almost fell out of my chair with how much better these monitors are compared with my old ones.

Works Great.
Using 2 of these displays with my MacPro. Right out of the box they look great. I was sent the Dell P2412H by another company instead of the U2412M (which I had ordered). Was no where near the quality of this UltraSharp display. The only thing I'd like to change is an auto detect when you rotate the display for viewing full web pages or portrait images when editing. Great value for the money.

I bought this monitor after reading numerous very favorable online reviews. They're right, it's an excellant monitor and well worth the price. B&H had the best delivered to the door price, and the free shipping was prompt and speedy. Very clear display even at reduced resolutions, and colors look life like. Great product
I use the product at home for fun and work (software development) and my child uses it for fun and school. The contrast is great, the size is perfect, and it was at a great price with free shipping. I have not found anything that I dislike about it. I am planning on buying two more for work.

Great Color!!
We use this monitor for pictures. Great colors. Extremely sharp. Just what I was looking for! We have older laptops and software so we have had to work to get this setup to our needs. It is a 1980x1200 screen resolution monitor.

We've bought this model (U2412M) and the standard version (P2412H) for about 60 of our users. While most people are fine with the P2412H, there is definitely a dip in quality.If the price difference is small enough, get the Ultrasharp. It has more inputs, more settings and the picture is clearly sharper. But, if it's $ more than the standard, I'm not sure it's worth it, unless you have to have the other inputs.If you do get this model, it's great... Show More

I use this monitor for both digital art and gaming, the resolution is perfect for my needs, I have plenty of workspace. The image quality is fantastic and colors are great. A great bang for your buck!

lots of pixels, great panel, adjustable
I have two of these in a dual-monitor setup that rivals the $ + 30 2560x1600 panels. Yep, the colors on these things are that good, and the pixels per dollar are a pretty good value.1920x1200 is the highest I can go with HDMI (using an HDMI-DVI) cable on my netbook, so that's another argument in favor of smaller, cheaper panels for a workspace.I definitely get some of mileage out of the height adjustability (better ergonomics). Best Monitor for the price!
I needed a monitor for my studio and since I sit in front of one for about 10 hours a day, I had to find the best one and I did. Dell U2412M Ultrasharp is probably the best 24 LED monitor you can buy.
