I ordered laptop on 12th dec. The package was delayed by carrier and a new device was sent to me as promised. The laptop itself is great and I also got a good price deal. Defenitely will shop with B&H in future.

Called Dell tech support three times!!!
This laptop is in the top 10 by PC Magazine and Cnet. Well, I bet the reviewers were sent a laptop that was already set up. My setup experience was painful. In the steps guided in the initial process, first Dell's proprietary & preinstalled app SuppostAssist could not run to the end to download drivers. Excellent Choice
I am so happy with this laptop. Its thin and light weight, fast, and easy to use. Im still in the early stages of ownership, bus so far I am very happy with it and with the companys service.

DELL 13 XPS
Very pleased with my purchase of the Dell 13 XPS laptop. This model was equip with 10 gen I7 processor, 8MB memory, 256 SSD and 4K UHD touch screen. The only disappointment was that the screen does not support Ink pen as advertising stated. For portability it's excellent and with the separately purchased Dell Universal hub it works great as a desktop as well with only a single connection of the Thunderbolt USB connector to the laptop. Best laptop now better
I replaced an aging 9350 after many years of faithful service. B&H was the only vendor I could find with the specs I wanted (i7 w/16GB of RAM and 256GB SSD). It's just the right combination for me and completely replaced my old desktop. Blazing fast, incredible build quality, and all day battery life. Very happy and a great price from B&H!

Very portable, useful, no complaints
The laptop is very compact yet offers very decent hardware. Even the charging brick is of a reasonable size (smaller, but a bit thicker than a deck of cards). The keyboard and trackpad are fine, the laptop is completely quiet when not under heavy load, and produced an acceptable amount of fan noise when under load. Replacing the SSD is possible - less hassle-free than online guides make it appear, but definitely doable with patience and care. Recommend getting a cover for it to prevent scratches and dents, which it will acquire quite quickly otherwise.
