I bought this laptop for my son to use in school instead of having to take is large laptop in his backpack. It is very slim and does not take up much room at all. He says it works well in class and is very light. The only con is that it doesnt come with any usuable software programs. Oh well, cant have everything.

Came in with a stuck key

The laptop came in with the page-down key stuck. Although on paper the specs are nice, its clear Dell cut costs on aspects that matter (e.g., build quality). It felt like this would break down in two years. Save your money for the XPS 13 or even a 13 MacBook Pro.
