I bought these awhile back and they only worked 4 times. So, I made the same mistake again and bought some more. They only worked once. I've since been refunded. Now I've bought Logitech speakers from elsewhere and so far so good, touch wood. Also, I bought weighing scales and a Hoover vacuum cleaner, both now broken! It seems everything from Argos is faulty!

Static hiss
The speakers had a static hiss when turned on, regardless how low volume was set. I imagine it may be ok if you've got a lot of other noises going on or aren't bothered by that kind of thing, but I found it very annoying. Looking online it seems this may be a common problem with these speakers, so I returned for a full refund.

Quality, compact and easy to use. A good buy!
My old PC speakers were getting a bit dated and I was looking for something with a bit of bass. These speakers were just the right size and fit nicely on my desk leaving me more room than before. The bass box is excellent especially for gaming and movies. Well worth the price, just plug in and job done.

Speakers work fine for the price
These speakers are loud, easy to use and I’m pleased with them- I use them to play music in the living room. There is a slight buzz if the volume is on and no music is playing, but this can be turned down with some fiddling. They are bulky in design, but overall suit the purpose and are good value.

J have bought these speakers a few weeks ago. With downloaded the application ( BLASTER ACOUSTIC ENGINE) this the speakers are brilliant sound quality with details and deep bass in watching films and music. Would highly recommend these to anyone.

Does the job
I've been producing music for the last few months with a set of speakers where only one speaker worked. I'm glad to have this now as I can hear through both speakers so I'm not missing out on any sounds. Great set of speakers and decent sub also.

My speakers sound great and are real loud
As the title describes, the speakers are great. Good feel of quality to them Crisp highs and deep lows are boomed through my study walls. Lead to computer is a little short but that's because I have a longer distance than normal.

Great Product
Absolutely love this speakers! For 2.1 system they are great choice, great sound quality, very nice design! Software what could be downloaded from Creative website need to small improvements but it is only small issue! Worth every penny!

does a great job for a great price
these speakers are nice and compact on my pc desk sound quality is very good for the money as i brought these to replace my bose companian 5 speakers which had developed a fault i would reccomend these at the price to anyone.

Looks good but sounds awful...
As mentioned before, good design. But continuous buzzing (even with no sound, just switched on) and difference in loudness in both speakers are unacceptable. I was expecting more from Creative, very disappointing.

Good stuff
Very nice sound with deep natural bass. Just bear in mind there is some soft quiet specific sound when you switch it on. Nothing to worry about the adventitious sound disappears in seconds.

Great set up
Delighted with the sound. appearance and features. Mind you, at my age, my top end hearing has long gone so I'm probably not the right guy to assess sound quality.

Without a doubt the best value for money
I can honesty say in my opinion these are the best speakers in the price range. The low end in phenomenal, and crystal clear sound no matter what is thrown at it

Powerful, simple speakers
They are tiny speakers, compared to the broken one`s they are replacing but the sound is just as big. Good for set-ups in tight spaces.
