Surprisingly good for the price
I was looking for a cheap 2.1 for the PC and went with this one as i had some Creative sets throughout the years and they never let me down. These speakers are no different! Look nice on the table, easy to use and have a cool feature of turning themselves off when not in use. The sound is surprisingly good for the money, loud, clear, bassy, great for home use. The only minus is the lack of jack in on speakers themselves, which means you will have to juggle them with your headphones.

Almost perfect
I am using these for my iMac. Sound is generally very good, with the exception of a short pause before they start to emit sound - very often, email pings are barely audible. I don't know if this is because of energy saving circuitry... Also, the subwoofer can't be adjusted separately. They give good sound for such small speakers. I had to lengthen the wire to the left hand speaker with a male-female phono lead as it was too short to reach the side of my Mac.

Great value for money!
Good little speaker set. Cons: - there are no controls to lower the oomph of the subwoofer, so the bass can be sometimes overpowering when watching a late night movie or gaming. - speaker cones are exposed - there's no metal mesh protecting them, so I can easily imagine my 2 year old stabbing them through with a pencil at some point. Pros: -sturdy - sound quality is excellent for the price

OK for the price
A fair bit louder than expected but the sound is very bass heavy and also tinny at the high frequencies. The speakers would be improved with better sound adjustment controls, not just a volume knob (If used on a PC the sound can be adjusted via the audio control software for your soundcard.) For the price though they are OK. Best suited to occasional use rather than being a main speaker system.

Creative 2.1 Speakers
Bought these to replace my old ones, not disappointed, well constructed and simple to set up and use. Only has volume control knob on right speaker but no base control but still sounds great. Has a power save feature that puts it into “sleep mode” if no sound required, and there’s a slight lag when restarting to play sounds again. All in all a good system for the price.

Office Music
Office Music, set up is a doddle, installed on our Windows 7 PC and we recently upgraded to Win 10 and set up just as simple. Sounds great on Google Play Music. A variety of formats uploaded to my account in 192kbps and 320kbps, along with streaming Google's own uploads. Look smart and do the job. You will not be upset if you buy these. Creative know their shizzle.

Good quality affordable speakers
These are the second set of speakers I have purchased from Argos for my PC and they are definitely a worthy upgrade. Still affordable yet the sound quality is much clearer to the point that I'm picking up a lot more details in the background whilst gaming. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good set of speakers for their PC whilst still on a budget.

Excellent speakers for the price.
Wasn't expecting much due to the small size of the speakers but I was pleasantly surprised. Nice clean mid and high tones from the speakers, lovely deep bass from the bass box. I'm very happy with my purchase. (Purchased for a PC in my sons' bedroom). Very easy to set up, I may actually buy a second set for my Linux box for myself. Highly recommended!!

For the price, they are excellent
They were within my budget as I needed something to project my own recorded music from my lap top and had already spent thousands on other equipment. They were meant to be quick solution and replace them with something more specialised in the next few weeks. I really don’t feel I need to do that, these are perfect.

Looks great and sounds great too.
Fantastic look that goes with the great styled look. Has a deep and focused sound and does well connected to any media devices with a 3.5 jack plug input. Got it to listen to music via phone or my tv and doesn't dissappoint. Even watched a few movies with it on and it sounded great. Well worth the money.

Easy to install and pretty compact.
Was easy to set up, no drivers needed. The cabling wasn't very intuitive but easy to set up. Sound is really good, and I'm using the speakers instead of a home steroids system. Good sound quality and a pretty chunky bottom end. Don't drop the bass box, because the plastic feet snap off really easily.

Great sound quality
For the price of the speakers I was really impressed with the sound quality and the overall design is pretty nice. The only downside to these speakers is in the volume control or lack thereof on the subwoofer, having the ability to independently control the sound on the subwoofer would be good.

Worth for this price
I gave 4 stars, because i personally felt that you could have bass adjustment control on subwoofer. Otherwise its really good sound quality and solid build. Worth for this price to have this quality of speaker. Am using this speakers for my Samsung TV and the quality of sound is amazing.

Brilliant speaker and bass
Only down side was where you plug in the speakers into the boom box one of the jackets with 6 pins in was all bent up and out of shape so had to get tweezers and reallign them apart from that brilliant purchase and amazing bass for the price

Good Value For Money
The speakers look good and sound great, they were very easy to set up and don't take a lot of room up on the desk. These are a great entry level set of speakers and will enhance your listening whether online or via other media.

The sound system is outstanding
This speaker is outstanding is great for money. I would buy for more if I made a deal easily. Sometime you can't turn the bass down but thats OK it so good for price and sound quality is so good

Excellent value for money
Excellent in almost all respects, could only wish for a base control for occasional use, but generally it is not necessary. For the money it is ideal for a small space (boat).

2.1 audio
Sound quality is amazing, but at maximum volume the subwoofer is distorting. The design is simple and works very well with any TV or furniture. It lacks a bass adjuster.

2.1 speaker system
This is a good speaker system for a small rool, it is only a 2.1 system but sounds ok, not good for a large room unless you need to keep it contained in a small area.

Bang. And the dirt is gone
Massive improvement over my last speakers, for fractionally more dough. The subwoofer makes a massive difference even at very low volumes. Very pleasing.
