You get what you pay for

Cheap soundbar which works ok to boost sound signal from a Mobile phone but doesnt cut it on a bedroom TV. Struggled to get it to connect via the leads provided and the end result wasnt much better than the original TV speakers. My tip.. spend a little more you cheapskate!:)

Brilliant sound, flexible and easily moved,

Alba sound bar is absolutely brilliant... great sound system, and is easily moved. Very easy to set up and haven't once had a problem with the speaker. Would definitely recommend this to a friend, very ideal for music in the house, has a very good level of sound.

It's really excellent and really value for money

Excellent value for money. It's small and compact. It's also good that it has got blue tooth as well.I highly recommend you purchase this product. It's just as good as the more expensive models on the market. Don't hesitate to buy this value for money product.

Alba 2ch 30W Bluetooth Soundbar

Real easy to set up and the sound is really good too better than i 1t thought definately worth the money! i would definately recommend this a must try dont knock this because it is quite cheap! I purchased this for my neighbour she was really pleased with it .

Does What it Says on the Tin

This sound bar is probably as good as you would expect at the very reasonable price. It does what I bought it for, i.e. to give me sound from the front of my TV, but I find that the steps on the volume control are too great. However, at the price, not bad.

Turns off after 15 mins

When i got it home it was easy to set up, sound is better than my Tv BUT what ever configuration with the vol it kept turning off after 15 mins so got refund. Other people have also said in the reviews but i thought it may be an isolated case perhaps not

Excellent sound bar for smaller TV

I wanted a smaller sound bar as the TV unit was only 65cm wide. The Alba unit fits perfectly under the TV. Sound quality is very good. The only negative point is that the sound bar switches off after 15 minutes if the volume on the TV is not high enough.

Incredible Value

Excellent product, was a bit worried about going for the cheapest volume but as cash is tight, decided to go for it! What a great surprise and superb quality! We recommend using the optical lead which has made a huge difference to the sound quality :)

Alba Soundbar

Great soundbar for not a lot of money. Don't expect HiFi quality, but it certainly improved the "tinny" sound of my flat screen TV by several factors. Recommended as a good basic soundbar with additional Bluetooth functionality to boot.

Stylish sound bar

I bought this as my tv in bedroom didn't have a very good sound. Bought this and i was not disappointed. It took 5 minute to set up and the sound on very good.i can play music via ipod or blue tooth threw my phone. Well worth the money

Amazing for the price

Bought this thinking it would be just ok to go on top of kitchen tv, this did not disappoint at all, great sound for something so low in price and compact Sounds great with sound turned up high and especially when listening to music

tinny

bought to replace old sound system that had given up the ghost. the sound was tinny and thin despite attempting to get some more bass out of it. for a small tv in a kitchen or the like it's probably ok but for a main tv don't bother

Great little sound bar

This is the 4th one of these I have bought (for different tv's).Fantastic for the price. Disappointed that they taken the music, dialogue & movie choice away, but still a great piece of kit for the price. You won't be disappointed!

goes to standby mode every 15mins

Sounds good for a small bar . . Had to take it back as when set up as per manual it kept turning its self off . . Was told by tech guy not enough sound going through it from Tv , turned volume rite up still did the same . . Refund

Great looking neat little sound bar

Nice clear sound, the small size is great for small TVs or even the large screen units. The remote control has the nice rubber press buttons that are coloured for clear identification. Very pleased with the unit would recommend.

Cheap and effective soundbar for workshop

Cheap and easy to connect and excellent speech quality, perfect for workshop use but not for HiFi. On/off button klonky you need to read the manual and it requires source to be selected every time its switched on. No other faults.

just what I needed

Has turned my TV sound into life. Very easy to set up but I did need to purchase an optical cable as my TV's red white and yellow sockets are input only. Once I set it all up had no problems getting it to work. Highly recommended.

Value soundbar

This is great soundbar not very bassy but OK sound. Wired it to my mums virgin box via anologue cable rca kept crackling and popping every now and then so used optical connection it's fine and clearer now. Looks good and stylish

Good little soundbar.

Do's Nice looking soundbar, works fine through the remote and plenty loud enough for a 40" tv in my opinion. Easy to set up. Don'ts Audio input leads with plugs should be longer, i had to buy a longer set myself.

Audible TV

This soundbar is a great success. Very easy to use, does a great job and makes the TV easy to hear for elderly relations' ears. The bar is nice, neat and being black is unobtrusive, but very effective.

Sound bar

Easy to set up and use, only set back is there is no visual display when setting up the sound bass and treble volumes , same problem with the sound volume . Otherwise very pleased with the sound barn.

Home theatre

I was surprised at how good this speaker was. I bought it to accompany a projector as I was on a budget. I was amazed at the quality I got for the low price. Do yourself a favour and just buy one.

brilliant it was for my Nan who is hard of hearing

Only brought this as my Nan is hard of hearing and without it u have to have the telly so loud that it makes the speakers vibrate but with the sound bar u only need the telly in 10 which is good
