Excellent earbuds....but gutted about size
Not happy the ear buds don't fit....even the smallest size is to big and keeps falling out

Great for music but not ideal for phone or conference calls
I purchased these to replace my Bose wired headphones after listening to music with them at the Bose store. The sound quality is very good and they do fit very well in my ears. The charging case is excellent and sturdy and is a great carrying case. However, the major issue is that for phone calls and conference calls, sound only comes out of one ear and this is really annoying for me - so much so that I am returning them and am going to buy the A... Perfect for running to listen to music.No problems

Don't even know they are in....
I just love them. They haven't dropped out once and the sound quality is amazing. They automatically connect to my phone as soon as I take them out of the case.....so easy!

Beam me up Scottie
They do look a little star trek in the old ears but surprisingly comfortable and they don’t come out easily . Yes they do lose connection every now and then but a quick press of the button and they’re back on so not overly problematic. battery life could be better but ok given the charge case. If you run by the canal - be careful not for one to bounce out , the earphones I mean ..

Excellent sound quality
Loved these very much. Best sound quality. Fits perfectly in my ears. Surrounding noise gets cancelled when playing music. And loved the color citron.

Brilliant wireless sound on the go
Excellent truly wireless headphones which I use for travel, commuting etc as well as running. I didn't want total noise cancelling so these were a good choice. I read a few reviews that suggested the headphones occasionally disconnect but have had no issues. Good strong sound and very stable in the ear and comfortable when on the go. The included charger and case is neat and compact. Expensive but well worth the money if you want wireless convenience and decent sound on the go.

Look good but expensive and flawed design
Plus: I use for running. Buds fit securely without falling out. Charger box a good design. Sound quality good (rather than great) Negative: Very expensive. Sound in the left earbud drops out regularly giving similar feeling to a cheap wired pair where the internal wire has broken. This is frequently reported on user sites. Have dealt with Bose customer support by email and updated software, charged, renewed pairing to no avail. Incredibly irritating and a complete deal breaker. Do not buy

Great sound
Love the sound that comes from these and how easy they are to connect to my phon. Super comfy and the charging case is beyond handy! Great to pop in your bag and blocks out the sound fantastically!

Great for music but useless for video
Great sound as usual from Bose but very disappointed with the sound/video lag. Did the update which was meant to improve this but it is still sub-par. Very surprised that Bose cannot get this right. Still undecided about keeping this product as the sound and fit are great.

Super quality that you would expect from Bose
A great set of headphones. The case is nifty, the 'Find My Buds' feature is a life saver. Get them!

Bose - Not up to the usual standard
When I needed wireless headphones Bose were the natural choice. However, I found the case difficult to open and very slippy, Not good if the earphones end up on the floor as a result.. Left earphone was dogged by drop outs, sometimes altogether despite the phone being in my hand; the only way I could get it to reconnect was to put it back in the case. Ended up returning for a refund. Argos were great, took them back no issues, pity the earphones didn't live up to their claims on the box.

Sound dropping
While the sound quality is something you want toast keep those the left earbud dropping connection is a fact. They're are comfy and fit wwll rather unlikely to drop out from your ear however they are bulky and not quite stylish because of that.

Disappointing
I’d read so many positive reviews of these, and many negative ones too. My experience, unfortunately, was nagative. The left bud kept dropping its connection (a known issue, it seems). And they REALLY stick out; embarrassingly so. I have the standard Soundports and love them. These versions are nowhere near as comfortable. Hard to judge sound quality, given the problems re connection and fit. Argos can’t be faulted. I returned them for a full redund.

Two thumbs up for this....
Great sound as usual, thanks to bose technology. Very comfortable to the ear, stays on the ear with active movement. Does not come off easily. Wore it while playing table tennis.

Just OK but returned them
Functionality: Excellent, easy to toggle between devices without having to go into settings on your device Volume: Not loud enough Clarity: Beautiful Bass: Not very much bass Noise: Even though these are in-ear, they block out NO outside noise. You hear everything happening around you as much as your music.

Theses are the best I’ve had in long time
Keep theses charged up and there perfect I find them really comfortable never had one fallout or loose sync with my phone highly recommended
