I replaced a HBS-810 with this HBS-820 and the sound quality is excellent. It's a noticable improvement over the older headset. I've paired it with a Nexus 5x running Android 8.1 and a Motorola phone running Android 7.0. No issues that I've noticed. The new headset also looks like it'll hold up well. I got nearly 2 years of daily use from the 810s until the wire on the right earbud started shorting. If I get 2 years out of this product, I'll be very satisfied.

Big let down for price
I went and paid $99.00 plus tax for this LG HBS-820. And hook it up to my phone by Bluetooth.The music pay is really bad their is no base at all the sound is scratchy .As for anything else I guess it may work but I say if u looking to play music you're in for a let down sound'
