Amazing sound
I decided to bite the bullet and finally buy ASTROS upgrading from my TBXO7s and these are ...wow I stupidly turned around when hearing noises! I’ve only tested on CODWWII and they’re fantastic! They connected easily and quickly and I left them to fully charge before using, I don’t know how I was so patient! They’re lightweight so can wear for a good while when playing, they attach easily on the docking station by magnets to charge. You can charge using a mini usb when using also.

Brilliant piece of kit!!
fantastic, build quality, the design everything about this headset is top notch!! You are definitely paying for a premium product and in my opinion well worth the 249.99 asking price, the ear-cups, Design and sound are all high end. Connection to Xbox is plug and play, a side note be sure to plug them into a computer or laptop to install the latest firmware. Also reserved product online and picked up in store quick and simple with no issues.

Awesome sound
The sound quality of this headset is excellent. Mic is also good quality, which is rare for an expensive headset. Comfort is very good over-ear design compared to many I have worn. My only real complaint is I sometimes have to switch from XBOX ONE to PC for the headset to assign properly, which can be annoying at times. On average with chat and game I find the headset lasts 8hrs.

Best wireless gaming headset available by far
I purchased the Astro A50 Gen 3 recently. I have previously owned the Astro A50 Gen 1, in addition to headsets made by Turtle Beach and LucidSound. I can say with certainty that the A50 Gen 3 blows other gaming headsets away. The audio quality is excellent.. The battery life is also very good. I rarely dip below 3 bars on the battery indicator even after long gaming sessions. The headset is very comfortable and fits on my head very nicely. The A50s are expensive but are well worth it.

For the price I paid for these it was well worth the purchase, I have never come across so much comfort with these types of headsets and for any gamer these are a must buy for anyone. With the wireless connection this provides everyone with clutter free desks and can always charge your headset through the base station that comes making everything tidy. MUST BUY PRODUCT

The new astros sound good
The new astros are good, but I prefured the sound quality on the previous gen 2 model.. and the bass was better.. I like the charging docking staition and the new design better on the Gen 3 model .

Worth every penny
Truely 100% wireless headset, These 3rd gen A50's have totally blown me away by how good they are. Astro have finnally nailed this headset for the xbox one and pc. The 7.1 surround sound is amazing, the build quality is amazing. Buy this headset immediately

Very comfortable, and superb sound quality though not fully perfect as it can cut out for less than a second at very rare times for an unknown reason and can be be a bit of a pain to get it in the docking station correctly.. still worth the purchase, best headset i've owned

The best headphones I've tried
I've recently upgraded to these from Turtle beach X0 four, and the difference is like night and day. So much better. Also much more comfortable than my set of Turtle Beach Elite 800x headphones. The sound is similar, comfort is way better.

Well worth the dosh!!
They fit excellently and are really comfortable. Although the price tag is a little scary they are at the end of the day one of the best, they put all turtle beach headsets to shame. Battery time is good enough for a heavy gamer around 15 hrs. Switch the dolby off easy on headset and TV and music is also enjoyed. Only sometimes it doesn't always connect the mic, you must only flick the switch on the side of the wireless sender and all is good! If you're looking for high end then look no further

Great buy!
My partner loves them more than me! The ear parts twist and rest on the shoulders/chest when placed around the neck when not wearing on the head! Nice feature!

Great headset
These headphones are very good in all aspects except the price. Very expensive but now the new version works seemlessly with the xbox i could justify the heavy price tag. Very pleased that i chose Astro now

Top class product!
A quality set of gaming headphones. Easy connection - update the software through a PC first to make it totally compatable though. Good battery life easily lasts through a gaming session and charges from the stand when not in use.

Outstanding sound
Having owned the original a50's for a couple years I decided to upgrade and boy am I glad I did. No more irritating chat cable needed thus making this headset truly wireless. Only negative issue is you need a seperate base station to use the headset with PS4 and at present Astro not selling base station as a stand alone item, though there is plans to in the future.
