Great help in the kitchen!
Got this on Black Friday for my husband's Christmas. It was intended just as a Bluetooth speaker with voice commands so he could skip tracks and change volume without having to get off the treadmill. The sound quality is impressive for the size of speaker. It's also a very handy gadget in the kitchen for setting a timer or asking Alexa how many ounces 700 grams is, even when your hands are dirty. What I didn't expect was the amount of fun we had asking Alexa all kinds of silly questions.

Got for sons birthday he was made up! Got it in the sale i would not have paid full price for it but it is a good wee thing to have.

Product is ok
Not as good as it looks. Alexa doesn’t understand or know a lot. Plus in order to use this to full capacity, you need to have amazon prime, amazon music etc. I am an apple man, doesn’t work for me

Great Sound Quality
Bought 2 of these as Christmas presents and they are brilliant, The sound quality is great, I expected a good quality sound but this much better than I expected, Fast response for "Alexa" hears you even from another room which is far better than others out there. Heading back to my local to buy one for myself at the weekend!!

Great sound for the price
The echo dot was easy to set up and the sound quality was excellent for such a small device. I have additionally connected it via Bluetooth to an external speaker to give wider range and this too was very simple and straightforward to do. I highly recommend the echo dot. Purchasing from Argos was also great, a straightforward and fast delivery service that I would recommend.

Bought this as a Christmas present. Daughter loved it. It’s an alarm, a weatherman, plays music too if you download the Amazon music app. Can crack a joke too! Setting it up was easy. For the price I paid during Black Friday, it’s well worth it.

SOMETHING TOTALY DIFFERENT
I have considered buying an echo for sometime but kept putting it off however I am glad I did there are so many things you can get Alexa to do I am so impressed that I intend to to buy a big echo great piece of kit .

Better than the original Echo Dot quality wise
I already have an Amazon Echo Dot 2 which has been great and well used but wanted another one for a different room. Have to agree with others that the Echo Dot 3 is much nicer looking and much better quality sound. Other than this they both do the same thing as far as I know so far!

Alexa dot - big hit
Little girl got this as part of Christmas and is over the moon. She can play music in her room and as it is linked to others can play “her” music throughout her he house to start “disco parties” anytime. Definite winner

Yeah a great product and looks like it will be fun
Only just got out the box and within minutes we were using it to do all sorts of things. Telling jokes asking the weather report and the world is your oyster with this!

Its a good device
Very responsive, works well, and fits in well into my room. The only downside is that some questions it doesn't seen to understand and answer very well, many of them are responded with sorry i dont understand.

MY NEW FRIEND
I HAVE SEVERAL ECHOE DEVICES BUT THIS LITTLE DOT STANDS OUT AS A GIANT AMONGST THEM,,,,, IT HAS MY FRIEND " ALEXA " INSIDE TO HELP ME WITH COUNTLESS COMMANDS AND REQUESTS AND A FANTASTIC SELECTION OF MUSIC AND RADIO STATIONS.... Too Good.

Every home needs one.
Speaker is great, looks stylish, Alexa is brilliant! Cable to plug is about 1 metre, she can hear me from hall way, No longer need a radio, I like being able to turn on the home lamp when we’re not a home (additional equipment needed) set alarms and reminders, can’t wait to share a shopping list with my partner - he’s gonna be ecstatic!

Amazon echo dot is great little bit of kit
There are no Don'ts to this item everything is dos. It's amazing, you wake up in the middle of the night it's dark and you cannot see your watch to see the time. You just ask Alexa the time and she tell you, plus set alarms and other dates and reminders. I've brought myself one the wife one and my 11 year daughter they are great.

Small but mighty
Very impressed with this little gadget. Linked it to my Amazon account. Set up was fairly straight forward, I had a setting I had to change for it to set up properly but figured it out. Speaker has a great quality and depth to it. From something so small, it impressive to say the least. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazon Echo Dot - White
Absolutely fantastic smart device - the Echo Dot 3rd generation is a big upgrade in terms of sound quality - so much better than the previous version, and on special offer, incredible value too. Does almost everything the other Amazon Echo does - shame that it doesn't include the hub as that would make this even more useful. Extremely pleased with this - excellent sound for such a small device, easy to use, responsive.
