Amazon Echo (3rd Generation 2019) - Heather Grey
This echo is brilliant, I am very impressed with the sound quality and appearance. We have just ordered an echo dot for another room in the house because we love it so much! To get full benefit you do have to have amazon music unlimited which is an extra cost to prime members, this is a shame but we are currently on a free trial while we see how much use it gets.

Great gadget
I'm not sure on this. I can see the potential and thought just ask it a question or as a reminder but my wife is finding it funny how I end up arguing with it. It tells me it doesn't know that one . Why not. so much for Ai lol. It's limited on the songs until you pay the subscription then how much do you really want to keep asking for random songs

Easy to use and good fun.
This is easy to use and the kids have had a lot of fun asking Alexa questions and to play music whilst they dance to it. I bought an Amazon plug with it too so that we could ask it to turn one lamp on where the plug in awkward to get to. It connects to our Tado heating and all we need to do is ask it to turn temp up/down and it does that for us.

Echo 3
I got the amazon echo 3 rd gen as the mrs was after one for Christmas and what can I say it’s been excellent and the ease of use and the Connectivity to the WiFi was simple to also the sound Quality is of a high standard as we mainly use if for the digital radio and the daughter puts her music through it so I’d recommend this device to anyone

Bought this for my elderly parents
....and they love it. I have set up some of the communication features such as 'ask my buddy" which links their Alexa to mine and we can communicate. It particularly useful if there's an emergency such as a fall. They're also enjoying all of the regular features too Ordering from Argos was a breeze and i picked up in store next day.

More bass than an echo dot
I bought this as my bedroom’s Alexa hub, music and TV speaker. It’s got more bass than an echo dot but the Alexa functionality is the same. It has better audio than my tv speaker so I linked the tv to this speaker as it has a better audio but it will only work if it’s not playing anything through Alexa. I’m happy with this.

Easy to use and good performance
The Echo is easy to set up via the app and connects with my android phone where I stream music. It's sound quality was surprising for such a small device, much better than I imagined, clear crisp sound with just enough bass. Only had it a couple of days now but already pleased with the purchase and looking forward to using it more.

Amazing Product
Very easy to setup Via voice tutorial and if you're set up with Amazon music you're good to go with endless music tracks/albums. Sound is great even for a large room and it's possible to fill the whole house with extra purchases of Echo Dot. Great also for finding out general information ℹ. e, weather, traffic, recipes.

The sound is fabulous.
The Amazon Echo is a stylish compact "friend". It is very easy to set up and the reproduction is surprisingly good. How did I do without it for so long! It is so versatile. Well worth the money especially as if bought from Argos its cheaper than from Amazon. I can recommend it. I think there will be a run on it so get in quick!

Alexa is great
I bought this for my son who has a learning disabilty. He can't read it write but loves music on his iPad and us always asking me to spell things for him. With this he can ask for what ever he wants. We already had Amazon prime so get a certain amount of music included other wise you have to pay to add music. Luckily we didn't.

I did not expect to like it but I really do.
I bought this for my wife after always saying I would not have one in the house. I now find it is really easy to set up and use, and I have grown quite fond of Alexa!! Presentation and build qualty are very good, and the sound quality is quite respectable. ( not as good as my Robert twin speaker radio, but much smaller.

My echo is amazing
The Amazon echo is fantastic the sound quality is very good for playing music, from out of the box it is really easy to set up just plug in download the app and follow instructions on the app literally took 2 minutes Only downside is it has to be plugged in so moving it from room to room you have to unplug it every time

Best thing I ever brought for music
Best thing I ever brought, it answers and dos anything you ask her to do .its brilliant for any music and radio, sports results ,times in different countries what the weather is doing in any area , even tells jokes and much much more I think it’s just amazing everyone should have one it’s better then CD player

saves searching for music !
bought this for my daughter who was fed up of searching for the music she wanted to listen to now all she does is shout Alexa and it plays nice sound and looks good for something that is not very expensive compared to most bluetooth speakers we have bought in the past and this comes connected to a library of music

Amazing amazon echo
How have we managed without an Echo for so long?!? It’s amazing for listening to music, listening to podcasts, live streaming the radio, setting timers, checking the weather and loads of other useful functions. Really easy to set up and connect to my apps and services. You have to get one of these in your life!

Great once it's set up
I already had a Sonos speaker when I got this so I thought it would be a doddle to connect, but it was very frustrating because the default language is English USA. This meant that it wouldn't connect to any of my services and I couldn't understand why. Changing the language to English UK made it work perfectly.

Love this!
I was in two minds about Alexa and echo but I’m so pleased I bought this for my boyfriend! Sound quality is great, good bass. Very responsive and understanding of what you ask her. The app is great to, you choose what skills you want Alexa to have and you can then ask them - eg music, books, podcasts etc.

dificult to connect. Okay after Firewall Update
could not get the Echo to connect, contacted Amazon who said that my system was subject to a Ddos attack and that they could get it resolved by a third party who would only charge for the software, I declined ang following futher research i installed a different Firewall ( one supplied by my ISP.

Part of the family!
Great sound, really sounds far bigger than the echos size. Super easy to set up, alexa is great especially having purchased it for my 10 year old daughter, a constant stream of facts and information for an inquisitive child. Easily connected to other devices and services Brilliant!

Very pleased with Alexa Echo
Being members of the older generation we did not think we needed such a device. However, we both agreed to buy as a Christmas present for both of us. We subscribed to amazon for Music, we make and receive telephone calls through it. Set alarms and reminders. It is so good. Great purchase

Easy to use and great sound
Purchased two of these for my grandma as she has trouble reading her books now. She loves the audible option from Amazon, and compared to my Dot version the sound is much improved. As always with these Echo devices, very easy to set up and then you're ready to go. Highly recommended!!

Alexa
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, he loves it, so now when he’s not staring at his phone he can talk to Alexa. My work here is done!! Seriously though once connected it is very good, great sound and you can connect Apple, Deezer, Spotify etc easily. Would recommend.

Stylish quality easy to use and simple to set up, used with amazon music you have access to a complete range of music. The sound quality is great. Ask questions, listen to the radio, control lighting, heating you can extend its use in all sorts of ways. A definite benefit for any home

My Echo is Cool. It just sits there looking good !
For Me, it replaces My Radio ect. Just speak the word, and it's done. There is no need to retune to the Radio Station that You require. Just speak the word and it's done. Also, there is no need to pair My iPad to play My favourite tune. Just speak the word and it's done. :-) :-)
