Horrible overall

I would give this product negative stars if I could. I had not used the desktop for five days when it decided to no longer open any applications. Please also understand I had yet to download any addition applications or software to the desktop. After the desktop got messed up I was directed to their customer service which made me aware I would need another PC in order to download Microsoft 10 on an USB drive and reinstall the entire software on t...
