What you would expect in an average headset

Broke within a week
Purchased these for my son however within a week they had stopped working as the wire had come loose. Will be bringing back for a refund.

Sound in 1 ear
Chat only in 1 ear, uncomfortable after a short while, mic is always off when turned on regardless of whether it switched to on or off!!

Music sound is good but no matter what I try you just can cant hear voice sound very well. I'm not the only one that's had this problem.

This was a present for my grandson and he loves it
