Worse than expected!
Just bought the new COD and thought id buy a new Headset (something affordable because the new COD was extortion) anyway its not worth the £15 i paid for it haha, when i turn the mic on it doesnt work but when i turn it off it does (minor guess) biggest issue is how incompatible it is with PS4 chat every word you say will echo, and to an extent that it will drive any ordinary man insane. Boys this isnt the one put an extra few quid in and buy something you wont have to replace a week in to it!

Not great! We’re on our 5th set
We got this as a replacement for sons PS4 headset. He’s a teenager-That said, he does take care of his gadgets-as they all do! I have replaced these 4 x all the rest being sent back under Warranty. 1 side stops working, then the mic goes. I suppose you get what you pay for. They looked cool & at that price he can game with his friends & be a little easier on my pocket. Argos is close by to us, so returning a product is no big deal. Sound quality is good, picks up background noise also.

Good headphones on a budget
Bought these to use in connection with PSVR as I didn't like the in ear phones that came with the headset. I was pleasantly surprised that for the budget price paid for this headset it was of a good quality. I am an adult and have a box to put these in when I finished playing. I would worry about having a child use these as I feel that they may get broken. I am pleased with this product and would recommend for an adult who wants to slightly upgrade the headset for PSVR but not splash out

A Pleasant Surprise
I bought this headset to replace the earpiece supplied with my PS4 console, which I'd found less than ideal. I decided to gamble on these in the first instance as they're significantly cheaper than the other option - the Beats-esque wireless set. I'll admit that even after unpacking these I was thinking about returning them; I just wasn't convinced at all. I couldn't have been more wrong. Sound quality is excellent and chatting online couldn't be easier. For the price? A no-brainer!

Wires always breaking
This headset is great when it’s working correctly but that is the problem. One side of the headset speaker keeps going off maybe due to a broken wire or possible design fault. Have retuned this model 3 times to store with same problem but did have warranty on product, but the last time I exchanged these in December 2019 I was told by a store assistant that the product no longer comes with an extra cover warranty. Could this be due to the amount of people returning the same headset?

Up there with the big boys!
I wasn't expecting the quality sound and comfort these headphones deliver. I bought them to compliment my PSVR headset and wasn't disappointed. The only reason they don't get a five stars rating across the board is because they're wired as against wireless from a comfort aspect, and they're stereo as against surround sound capable. However, considering the price point they come in at, they can't be beaten! They're officially licensed by Sony, and sport the PS logo. Recommended!

Good set of headphones
The only negatives can easily be overlooked i.e leaks sound and hurts ears with prolonged use as the latter would occur with any headset I originally played Resident Evil 7 with this headset anf the sound was amazing e.g. when playing inside the haunted mansion, creaks from upstairs really sounded as though they were coming from upstairs and in general you really get a good idea as to the direction sounds are coming from. I can not go back to playing games without this.

Good, nice looking, standard PS4 headset
The headset is much better looking that a lot I have seen around on the market, sound is nice and clear and the built-in volume control comes in very handy There is also a mute mic button which mutes your voice with just a quick flick of the switch which can be very helpful The comfort is good but I find it makes the ears uncomfortable after 2 hours or so - have had this issue in the past with another headset so could just be my ears Overall very good - would recommend

The best PS4 headset i've owned
I'm not into paying hundreds for gaming headsets, this is the third budget set i've owned and i must say compared to the previous ones that i had by Triton (kama) and Gioteck. this set by far sound superior, clear treble, nice bass response and the volume is quite loud. no external power is required and my online friends say that i sound nice and clear to them. *they are styled more or less identically to sony's mdr monitor headphones and seem to sound very simular.

Basic headset, you get what you pay.
Overall this headset seemed great, however on getting it home, I found that chat only comes through one ear despite the in game sounds coming through both, even when I had it set to chat through headset only, as that's the only way I can play as the chat is overpowered by the music even if priority is for chat. For a starter headset for a kid that doesn't care much for in game sound cues, it might be alright, however I thought it be alright for your typical gamer.

This ps4 gaming headset is amazing
The ps4 gaming headset is brilliant. The sound quality is unbelievable, I can hear my friends perfectly when I talk to them online and the mic is very responsive. The sound is so good that I use them to watch videos and listen to music. They are extremely comfortable, I can wear them for hours and they don't hurt my ears at all. I would definitely recommend this headset to anyone even if they don't have a ps4 and just want headphones.

Comfy and better sound then expected for the value
For the price better then expected... feels and works similar to expensive headphones. Stops most external sounds. Volume button works great. Quality from the Mic is what you'd expect for the price. Good enough to be understood, but not to make a mixtape with. I mostly mute and offline game anyway. Fitting is good enough, just needs a extra push to be fully in. Mostly use the controller port but works fine on laptop too.

Great for Junior Gamers
The product was purchased for my nephew who is 10. This headset is ideal for parents to buy for the junior gamer. The headset has been very comfortable for him and the connectivity has been good as well. The headset design is more in line with other headsets, but the junior gamer is just looking to be online rather then looking at how they look. Very good sound quality and my nephew is very pleased with the purchase we got him.

Immerse yourself in the game
I recently discovered that I could put the game audio through headphones for my PS4, what a revelation! I bought these headphones and now never game without them. Excellent sound quality giving me a truly engaging gaming experience. When you can hear the rain beating off of Batman's cape, every swing of Geralt's sword and Big Boss grunting as he hits the deck under fire you know you've made a great purchase!

Bargain
This headset is surprisingly good as it is cheap compared to other headsets. The sound quality is excellent for video games like call of duty. However the comfort of the headset is average as it doesn't cover your full ear therefore making you take it off every 10 minutes or so. Overall i think this headset is a good buy as it can not only be used for playstation but can be used with your phone or ipad.

Excellent for the price
Great set of headphones with mic for PS4. Works great and just plug in to use. One tip. Pay out for the extra warranty if a child or teenager is using these as the are very easy to break the wires inside as they are never very careful. My son always hangs his up on hook in evening but the mic stopped working and luckily had extra warranty so were just replaced. Brilliant. Well worth the extra cost.

Excellent for the price
I found it comfortable and the sound quality for gaming and normal use is very good. It looks very good and ensures the headphone works well. The wires don't get in the way too much and means they don't need charge but moving them can sometimes make this sound. I did have to get my first pair replaced as they were faulty but my new ones are brilliant. All in all its affordable and and easy to use.

Brilliant sound but not as shown on argos :(
This playstation 4/vita headset has great sound and a decent mic for its price, But it looks nothing like the photograph shown. It is all cheap white plastic with no silver bits and no head padding for comfort which are clearly shown in the sales pitch photo. Very disappointing as looks naf compared to the photo. Was in two minds to return them, but the decent sound at that price stopped me :)

I purchased this item based on other reviews I had seen. I am not disappointed with the product at all. The sound quality is perfect, with the ease of connecting and using the product being fast. The headphones are comfortable and drown out any outside noise. For the price paid, you cannot go wrong. Some of my friends who paid more for their headsets were surprised how good my headset was.

Excellent for ignorance
Bought these for my 10 year old, he says they are really good! Me I am in 2 minds due to the fact he doesn't hear a word I say anymore!! So the sound quality and comfort must be good because it drowns out all back ground noise when it's time to come off his PS4 I have to turn the wifi off to get his attention!!!! I might actually buy some for myself so he knows what it's like to be ignored!!!

Good quality headset
This headset was purchased for my son. The sound quality is really good, but the most important thing to him was mic clarity which he and his friends attest to as being excellent. The headset is also fully compatible with Nintendo Switch which is what he uses them on. Despite the headset being cheap, they don't look, feel or perform that way in the slightest. Very pleased with the purchase.

Earphone
The head set was bought for my teenage son for his ps4. The sounds was great and no trouble connecting it up to use mic basically plug in and off you go... He how ever kept complaining they hurts his ears after a while. Then a couple weeks later the connectivity went so u had to hold the wire a certain way and position so you could hear the sound through the headphones itself

Bargain for the money!
After some confusion (because the blurb about the item was wrong on the website) I bought these, cheaper than they are supposed to be, and I am very happy with them! Item was by "4 Gamers" and were considerably cheaper than they should have been. The blurb was about a lower spec headset. All in all, super happy with my "4 Gamers" headset. A must buy for PS4 gamers on a budget.

Recommended - good quality - good price
My 10 year old nagged me to buy this for him but I am pleased I did. He can now communicate with friends while playing on his PS4. He says that the quality is good and that he can hear his friends clearly. I like the fact that the lead is very long so I don't have to worry that he drags the console off the table if he moves around. Good price and quality - would recommend.
