B & H Always Delivers
This is a well-equipped, feature rich, entry level product that does quite well for a variety of jobs. It has the Sony quality and is well worth consideration at this price point. As for B&H, as always, they deliver on time, as promised, and they have always conveyed a great attitude with regard to customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a willingness to help. Their price points and delivery times also never fail to satisfy! I don't consider buying any of my euipment anywhere else!

Excellent Camera for the cost.
I bought this little camera as it's small enough to carry in a pocket, while providing enough resolution to make large prints. I have yet to try the panoramic feature, but I look forward to taking some vista images on vacation.

Easy to carry and use.
I bought this for taking shots of potential locations for film productions. It's compact and easy to carry and has become a constant companion, like my phone. I like using this over the phone camera because I can zoom without having to pinch a screen, as on my phone. Good quality camera.

Simple and Light Weight
I needed a pint and shoot camera to replace one that I had carried with me at all times for more than 4 years. Seems like a good camera for the price
This camera is about as simple as you can get. You have an on/off button, a button for taking pictures, and a button for movies. The camera takes a little longer than I expected to actually take the picture or start the video, but for the low price, you can't expect immediate reactions. It seems like a fairly decent camera for the price. We bought 5 of them for our property management company to use during move ins and move outs and things like that.

This has to be by far one of the worst camera I have ever purchased, do yourself a favor and buy a better quality camera because this will just disappoint.

Great compact digital camera.
Great for taking pictures while hiking. I did not want a full size camera to carry through the woods. Grab this out of your pocket, point, and shoot. Very compact, very convenient, easy to use. Nice little camera.

This is a good basic compact camera. Excellent in low light. Not a zoom lens need to be close to subject.

Less than I expected.
I like the size and weight of the camera, and the features are easy to use and intuitive. I am disappointed with the picture sharpness, however, especially for close up photos. Warm and fuzzy is fine for Teddy Bears but not for close up photos.

Buy it again anyday-small, light & hides away when traveling
I used it for 25 days straight during my vacatin in Italy from July into August shooting 1200 photos. What amazed me was how much this little camera could do in all kinds of light, action, etc., how clear and sharp the images were (when you learn to let it focus 1st), and how long you can take a video. Loved the 360 view option too.

Better than Mobile Phones, inc. Apple, Android or Samsung
I bought this for my 14 year-old Granddaughter, who was using her old Apple phone for a Junior High School photography class. She loves it! Though very inexpensive, picture quality is fine; not good enough and not mediocre. It is a virtual tie with my own SONY xc30 waterproof with it's Zeiss lenses. Terrific first camera.

Forget it
This is a nice looking little pocket camera that unfortunately takes terrible pictures; mine are sharp on the left side, blurry on the right. Mine is going back to either vendor or Sony, in the meantime save the aggravation & get something better.

Great, simple camera
I wanted a camera that was simple to use, but still takes a great picture and this camera was just what I was looking for. I used it for my recent trip to Aruba and all of the pictures came out great! The battery also lasted extremely long--it was a 5 day trip and I only had to charge it once! Great buy!

Bought W800 for wife to replace a broken Powershot. We expected better image quality than the 5 year old canon point and shoot, but images are mostly not usable due to shutter lag. My wife likes to shoot snaps of family but is not skillful at operating a camera. Despite many admonitions, she forgets that after you press shutter you must hold camera steady for about 1 sec to get a clear image. Image stabilization is useless in this situation. About 20% of photos are not smeared. Would not recommend this to any once in a while photographer.

Directions lacking
I found it hard to follow the set up procedure. Menu has to be pressed at certain times to accept the data and used in combination with ok button.Gave instructions to go on line to sony.net/mp which is probably not a sony site and did not load properly. Pictures go to where my old Kodak went but can not find how to delete at the same time. Have to do deletion trough the camera. Just confusing and I am not sure how to make pictures arrive in a dif... I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 6 year old. Overall it was cheap and it makes him happy!!! Would I use this camera If I was going on a vacation.... NO!!!! The pictures quality is poor. Most pictures are fine but a lot of them are blurry. My 6 year old does not really care, he is just happy to take pictures.

Birthday Treat!
We gave this to our granddaughter for her 10th birthday, and these are some of her comments: It's wonderful, easy to use, good zoom, good colors, handy to carry around we got her a carrying pouch. The only downside: slow autofocus.
