Poor sound quality
This is a great TV except for the sound. It sounds so bad I bought a sound bar. Other than that It's a really great TV, lots of good features.

You get what you pay for - significant QC failures that is
The one I got from B&H arrived with about a dozen clusters of dead pixels. Bad luck, I thought. Since shipping it back to the US would cost me, I got it replaced by Sony in Canada (very good service, considering, the second star is for that), but the replacement still has a bunch of minor panel defects (localized smudges & "highlights"), very distracting if you're trying to use it as a computer monitor. It's a sony
Received item in pristine condition, delivered to my condo door in two day with free fedex shipping. Beats amazons service. I own four tv's all Sony's. This one is like all the others. It works right out of the box. Fantastic picture. Can't comment on sound as I use a sound bar connected to Sony tv optical audio connection. I've owned only Sony tv's since early 1980s. Not one has ever broken. I've given away all the ones I disposed of. Can't go wrong with Sony and B&H photo. Both are tops in their class.

Beautiful picture and Easy to use remote
Not only is the picture great, but the remote is so nice. The netflix button is nice and so easy to use. Also getting to the smart TV hub is very simple, along with navigation.

Nice picture -
Sound quality is not good. but most of these tvs are designed to force you to buy an additional sound gear. It does not have a TIMER OFF so you can set the TV to go off every night or a M-F option..or set days... after say 2pm..when you know you are going to fall asleep. Apps for Netflix and Youtube directly on the remote are a great feature. If you do connect a speaker using audio out/headphone jack..you cannot switch back to tv speakers..the device always has to be on. We use a Logitech UE Boombox..which sounds great. but it always has to be turned on without remote...so that's annoying.
