Floor model with no bridge

Mine was already assembled, minus the bridge, making it unplayable. Should come in a manufacturers box with assembly required... Mine was assembled with a hanging tag and no tools for assembly and maintenance. No bridge means no way to play it. I'm calling on Monday and will revise this review if they rectify the situation.
