Great low buck art lens!
I use this lens for shooting video with a Panny GH5. It's a decent wide angle that can produce some nice bokeh.

Great lens.
Very happy with this lens the price was $100.00 off. Would buy again. It also came with a nice UV filter at no extra cost.

Very happy, I recommend this slow, the quality is great, and even very good price, the shipment was fast.

I know nothing about photos
I bought this lense for my husband who has been an amateur photographer for many, many years. He is very much enjoying taking beautiful pictures with this new lens.

Amazing!!!
This lens is absolutely gorgeous. I use this lens with my Panasonic GH4 for weddings and commercial video/ photography. 10/10!

BE AWARE!
PROS: Light weight, cheap, nice focus ring, fast aperture, comes with a sun hood, good AF. CONS: Very busy bokeh, even when it's in focus it feels soft, not good for hard sun situations. Verdict: I don't know if it's my the lens that I have, But i've been using it for more than a year and I regret every time I use it, I really want to like it but the image quality is just not aceptable. even my 14mm 2.5 lumix lens has way better performance. the main problem is that the out of focus parts of the image (bokeh) suffers form ghosting and it's very busy.

For video on my BMPCC, works great
Bought this lens for my Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4k. Works very well. If you hit the auto-focus button it gets right on for whatever scene you are shooting. Sharp enough to match the 12-35 on my GH5 when putting clips together. You can't beat it for the price IMO.

Good lens
Very decent lens for the price, build quality isnt the best but its light and perfect for the bmpcc4k

Brilliant lens
An absolutely brilliant lens, especially for the money. I actually preferred this to the new Sigma 56/1.4 on my G9. Light and extremely sharp, it also has very nice bokeh. Highly recommended!

Todays nifty fifty
This lens has everything my old manual and auto Nikon nifty fifties haveits fast, cheap, and sharp. Its also small and light and takes the sharpness to a new level. Focus is fast, especially if you set your Panny body to Manual focus and set the back button to AF so you dont have to use the screen icon. It slams right into focus like a DSLR, at least on my GH4 and especially the G7. Try it yourself and see.

Excellent for the price
I got this lens at a deep discount through B&H, so for $147 I could not turn it down. I have only used it a couple of times, but so far I am very pleased with the performance from such a lightweight, plastic lens (housing). Getting the sun shade to fit took a bit of fiddling because you have to remove a ring from the front of the lens before it will fit.

Great
Gonna be using this for photos and upcoming music videos. I like the look of it. Not sure how much i like the focus by wire, auto focus hasnt really stuck all that well on subject 100% but nothing is ever perfect

Very Good for Video
Im not a real photographer. Its working really well for videos - I can open the aperture for a nice blurred background but still set up the autofocus while I turn the screen in my direction. If I were video recording others then a bigger manual focus lens would be great but for selfie video set & forget you cant go wrong with this!

Ok deal at $147 or included
Cheap plastic lens - Ive bought 3 micro 4/3 lenses recently 2 are cheap plastic Panasonic- 1 is a nice Rokinon 13mm wide angle made of metal - it is my favorite even though it only has a manual focus

Great affordable prime lens for micro 4/3
Ive had this lens for about 3 weeks now, and Im not disappointed at all. The lens is very sharp for what it is, even wide open, and the focus is extremely fast and pretty accurate too. Obviously this isnt a sigma art lens, but overall its a great addition to my line of lenses.

Great budget prime lens
I am a novice in this field so take this with a grain of salt. the clarity of this lens for the price in my opinion is great. I am able to get a great blurring effect in the background with the apeture all the way opened up. it is made of a polymer making it not feel as premium of a lens but it still feel extremely solid in its construction

Great Second Lens For G7
Ive read and watched numerous reviews on what a Second Lens should be for a Lumix G series MFT camera - and this always seemed to come up. I chose this over the 20mm, for low light /outdoor video and photography. So far so good. I love how fast the auto focus is and how you can control depth of field easily with the manual focus.

Fantastic Lens for the Price!!
Love it! Autofocuses fast and images are sharp and beautiful! Build quality is a little cheap, but that is to be expected for a lens at this price. A must-buy for all Lumix owners!

Plastic but looks fine and actually neat. Sharper than my 14 pancakes. Im happeywith it.

Not overly excited
I was expecting sharper images. Nikon has a 35mm 1.8 that costs 196.00 . That thing is the bomb, even though plastic. Was hoping Panasonic was similar. Nope. Panasonic lenses are overpriced and not that great.

You get what you pay for
This was a cheap lens and the images arent that sharp. I just bought a micro 4/3 system, and I am not loving it. 1) The lenses are terrible, expensive, and there arent many of them. B) My full-frame and its third-party lenses are so much better, so until I find a superb micro 4/3 lens at a great price, I am not gonna be happy

Bang for Buck
I recently ordered (and already received) a Nikon 10-20mm f/4.5-5.6 and a Panasonic 25mm f/1.7 lenses...both brand new. I am very much satisfied with the delivery speed. It took them 5 days to reach Saudi Arabia, which is lightning fast. The packing was satisfactory. Nikon lens was packed very nicely, but the Panasonic lens packing had a lot of scratches. Even the Panasonic lens inside had a few dust particles and felt like used one. It also gave... Show More

Beautiful but Annoying
This lens produces an excellent image. I use it for product shots in my video work and am really happy with the image quality! Sharp, detailed, and I can get excellent bokeh when I open up the aperture. It looks so good that a photographer friend asked me if I started using a new camera for my B-roll because this lens produces such a superior image than my main lens. Cons: -Focus by wire. Hitting focus is a constant game of over correction... Show More
